Thailand riots

Ongoing conflict in Thailand hit a new peak this week when about 100,000 people protested Sunday. Yesterday, tens of thousands of protestors (perhaps 50,000) continued to surround and occupy government buildings in Bangkok.

Bangkok, like Washington and Oslo, has Pluto in essentially perpetual contact with Capsolar angles. This year, it's on the Eastpoint (conjunct Venus, square a more widely angular Uranus). The current month would be expected to be positive and prosperous (and rainy!) with Jupiter closely rising. However, the current Canlunar has Uranus minutes from the Midheaven, and Venus and Pluto each about 2°(either side) of the Descendant.

I'm surprised not to see more Moon influence in these charts. Sunday, ingress Mars was on the CapQ IC squared by transiting Saturn.
