The storming took place, as you say, on July 14,1789, in Paris. It was a little hard to find a time - most sources just said the storming occurred "in the morning" - but I found a reference that the actual push-through was about 1:30 PM. I'll use Paris; but if anyone wants the actual coordinates of the Bastille, they are 48N51'11", 2E22'09".

A fascinating and, surprisingly, it is Neptune - which looks like it's 11° below the Descendant - that keeps it from being dormant. Neptune is actually only 1°56' from setting. It is then joined in the foreground by Mercury (3°14' from the MC) and Moon (6°27' from the IC). Mercury squares Neptune in mundo 1°18'; and I agree with you about the importance of that Moon-Mars 0°11' opposition, which, of course, applies to all parts of the world.

Neptune, as well, as the main feature of the Cansolar, which occurred about half a day before the event (mere hours before the mobs started to congregate). Neptune is 1°49' above the Descendant, with more widely foreground Moon and Saturn plus Sun square the Ascendant (1°43'). The Moon has some fascinating mundane aspects for Paris, as shown by the following Mundoscope longitudes:

It was actually a mostly positive chart, though one apparently explosive for freedom. For example, we have seen Jupiter-Uranus historically for events involving civil liberties and civil rights, and (on the flip side or, rather, the broader symbolic context) for themes of ideological rebellion and conflict. In any case, it was under this that the outbreak began.

Exactly! Ingress Mars was 1°15' from the CapQ IC at the time the surge began. BTW, speaking of surge beginning, transiting Moon (rarely worth noticing) was just a few minutes more than 1° from the CapQ Descendant.

Additionally, transiting Uranus and Venus were conjunct within 1° of square the Capsolar Ascendant.

The CanQ hadn't really moved from the Cansolar, so Neptune and the sun were still hitting the angles.

I realize this 180 Moon-Mars, mundanely, does not classify itself as non-dormant with this Capsolar, but still it seems to be the main aspect which symbolizes the angered Bastille incident, as well as the Mercury-Mars conjunction on the Capsolar’s MC. And then we have the July 7th Caplunar featuring an angular Mars with a partile 60 to Uranus, another excellent symbolic effect for this incident emphasizing your above quoted words. Should we allow these angular partile aspects to be an important part of Sidereal Mundane Astrology’s teachings?

The Moon aspect îs going to be important either way, for all parts of the world. It's also localized to Paris, since the Moon is foreground (though Mars is not); and this is a great result, since Moon foreground occurs when "the people" rise up en masse as happened here.

I have more problem with counting the Mercury-Mars aspect, since Mars isn't foreground; and the Moon-Mars (especially in the context of angular Neptune) seems to tell the story. In any case, there was plenty of Mars to go around!
