With the harsh, cold weather hitting the northeast, we should remember that the prevailing lunar ingress for the country is the last Canlunar with Saturn exactly square the MC for Washington. Here is a picture of the line where Saturn is square the MC - compare it to the storm. (The line in the upper right corner, through Maine, is Mars setting.)

I'm still waiting to see what breaks out today with Mars transiting the Washington Capsolar's IC.
