Borge felt that it had all come easily. He has always been his own promoter and his own doer, and as a self-made man, he has accumulated a great fortune.

Note his partile Venus-Jupiter 90 with Jupiter cnj WP 1,16 (RA), the most angular planet in his Natal Chart and obviously the signature of his Natal Chart. Here again, we see a partile Venus-Jupiter aspect associated with wealth, but I think more important is Venus-Jupiter aspects allows things in life to “come easily,” not necessarily wealth.

He has always been self-confident and his sense of humor has always seemed spontaneous. His famous "phonetic punctuation" routine has been a favorite since the 1940s, leaving his audience gasping with laughter. After a long and illustrious career of bringing music and laughter to millions, Borge died of heart failure 12/23/2000, Greenwich, CT.

This ‘sense of humor’ and “bringing laughter to millions” obviously comes from angular jolly Jupiter cnj his WP. His unique-genius musical talent is seen with his Mercury cnj Uranus 180 Neptune. But it is his partile Venus-Jupiter 90 with Jupiter angular which again exemplifies Jim’s teachings where he says:

Partile aspests reign supreme. It is when angularity and aspect partility coincide that outstanding incidents are most likely to come about.

We certainly see this ‘outstanding incident’ occur with Victor’s life.

Victor’s Navamsha chart is most revealing, IMO. Again we see the Venus-Jupiter 90 (1,22), but we see the Navamsha Moon playing an active role.

Ebertin says about Moon-Jupiter-Pluto combinations:

Again we have an example where a powerful Venus-Jupiter is echoed in Venus-Jupiter ruled luminaries: In this case, the Sagittarius Sun was paired with a Taurus Moon.

I adored this guy. His style - his presentation - was so much the "groomed gentleman" mixed with the (Sagittarian) Beethovenesque stylization. What I don't see here is humor as such - though he definitely brought! I'd have liked his Saturn stronger, or Mars bringing a spikey edge. What I think we're seeing, though, is his profound good nature mixed with Mercury-Uranus wit.
