Colby Fire in Glendora, CA

The Colby Fire began about 6 AM this morning and, by 10 AM, had devoured 1,700 acres. Three people were taken into custody, though it isn't clear if they are being charged with anything. At least two people had died by 10 AM.
Capsolar
Southern California is under a year's influence of Neptune on the WP in the new Capsolar. (Note the Fontana earthquake yesterday.)
Canlunar/Arilunar
The new Canlunar has Mercury on the WP (0°39'). This opens the Canlunar to being read in general, but nothing else is foreground and Mercury is unaspected. (NB The Caplunar is Moon-Venus, not part of the event.)
All this really says is that it's a newsy event and, perhaps, that wind will be an unusually significant factor.
Capsolar Quotidian & Transits
Only Neptune on the WP (each), like in the brand new Capsolar.
Cansolar Quotidian & Transits
Cansolar Saturn square CanQ Midheaven. Transiting Saturn conjunct Cansolar Descendant.
The absence of Mars is these is noticeable, though the day does show a really bad day that could be dominated by loss of life and property, in the context of a maddening Neptune new Capsolar.
