This relocation would bring natal Saturn exactly to the Desc. This is a major cosmetic procedure. Would this be a bad choice?

Saturn is just over 3° above Dsc. This isn't an ideal location for anything, but it's not THAT close (still will be felt) and you know you'd be coming to BH to experience some pain and probably be black-and-blue for a while like someone beat you up. That's at least realistic

I think I would focus on making sure you get a favorable SLR or (immediately before) Demi-SLR here. That would let the "beat her up" Saturn symbolism show without it being a terrible experience.

In, say, the next six months I don't see any SLRs that fit that description for BH. The only Demi-SLR I see is for October 6 at 1:14 PM PDT with your natal Venus-Jupiter angular (aspected by transiting Mercury), Jupiter being 0°45' from Ascendant. This one is interesting because, if you were in BH October 6, your September 24 SLR at home would have put the same natal Venus-Jupiter on angles! (Even closer: Jupiter 0°02' from Zenith, Venus 1°51' from Dsc, the square squeezed to 0°11' mundane.)

When were you thinking of doing this?

Ugh, I was thinking in the next year but with my moon/Saturn 2023 SSR, I think it would be better to hold on to the large sum I've saved.
