A freak unpredicted winter storm hit with the worst happening for a mass interstate traffic transit area between Birmingham Alabama and Atlanta Georgia. The worst effect of this winter storm created massive traffic gridlock in and between these two metro areas with thousands of motorist stranded in their cars overnight with single digits freezing temps. Gridlock was so bad, thousands of motorists abandon their vehicles walking miles to hotels and there were no hotel rooms to be found. The motorists are furious with the officials of these two Metro areas and there is much talk of many law suits being filed pertaining to different issues. The net effect of this storm caused thousands of angry motorists.
If you calculate the Jan 28th CapQ’s for these two metro areas you will notice an accented Mars in B’ham & Atlanta, with CapQ Mars partile conjunct CapQ Asc for both B’ham & Atlanta. The worst gridlock problems were created in Atlanta which made National News, and T. Mars was also partile conjunct Atlanta’s Jan 28th CapQ East Point.
