Assuming this means he was born before noon, the sweep of fast-moving personal points at 00:00, 06:00 and 12:00 BST are:

Moon: Sagittarius 5°24' - 8°21' - 11°18'

MC: Sagittarius 20°07' - Pisces 23°00' - Gemini 20°34'

Asc: Aries 11°12' - Cancer 13°37' - Virgo 17°00'

Hopefully, someone will come up with the birth certificate. Unless that happens, this information provides a better constraint if anyone should seek to rectify the horoscope. (Not that I endorse it, since most "rectification" is likely to be "wrecktification.")

If his birth info is correct, he has Venus opposite Neptune with the Solar Moon aspecting this planetary combo, with Uranus exactly on the IC. For someone who is very uncomfortable around sex, bonding, and rejection, this aspect could be disasterous. If the information is correct, the Neptune/Venus SSR aspect would oppose and conjunct his natal Venus/Mars conjunction...if this information is correct...

Interestingly, in mundane astrology Venus-Neptune aspects keep showing for shooting massacres, as the distinctive form of afflicted Venus:
Columbine, Aurora, Sandy Hook, Overland Park Jewish Center, and the Murrysville stabbings.

Well, where do I start? It's pretty basic to its nature. After all, it is one of only three planets with an astrological glyph that is a weapon.

To answer a different way: I sometimes think that what the three malefics have most in common is their extreme resistance to perceiving that reality could be different than they see it. Saturn and Neptune, in particular, are probably the planets mostly intimately involved in our determining "how it is," and - especially under challenges or other stress - they dig in and don't budge. Saturn and Neptune go about this in almost opposite ways, but they share the quality of narrowing the wide scope of perception into a narrower, more manageable subset. Mars resembles them in the sense of "might makes right," or, "I'm just enough of a realist to know that the winner chooses what's true."

This characteristic of narrowing and controlling reality, instead of being open to being upended, forecloses possibilities, locks us in, makes us vulnerable to being upended. Even the planets that do most of the upending (Uranus and Pluto), that many people think of as malefics, are liberating, and much more inclined to mental health. Jupiter and Venus, on the other hand, tend to be highly inclusive of all aspects of reality in the sense of, "It's all cool, man;" and Mercury is just thrilled to get some new facts to play with :)
