Mia Farrow and her husband Woody Allen had a huge, explosive break-up when Farrow found porno pictures in Allen's apartment (New York) of her daughter Soon-Yi with Allen on 1/13/1992. Their split was official in August 1992, complete with bitter accusations and legal volleys.
Compute Mia’s 1992 SSR for New York and take a look at Venus-Mars-Uranus-Neptune smothering her SSR Dsc with Venus-Neptune tightly cnj on her SSR Dsc. Mundo Venus-Neptune partile cnj, partile cnj SSR Dsc. Mia has had major Wars with all of her husbands. Note her Natal Mars partile cnj her Natal MC. Also note her partile Venus-Neptune 180 in her Natal forming a very malefic T-square with her Natal Saturn, defintely a malefic Natal aspect for "inhibbitions in love." Her 1992 NY SSR is a classic example of Jim’s SSR teachings where he states:
It is when angularity and aspect partility coincide that outstanding incidents are most likely to come about.
We can certainly see this very nasty “outstanding incident” in Mia’s life in 1992 with the partile cnj of Venus-Neptune partile cnj her 1992 SSR Dsc. Her Natal Venus-Neptune-Saturn T-square promised this malefic symbolism in her life, and when SSR Venus-Neptune fell partile cnj on her 1992 NY SSR Dsc, her Natal Venus-Neptune-Saturn T-square manifested big time in her life. SSR Mars 3,51 cnj SSR Dsc for the “bitter accusations and legal volleys.” At times, SSR’s time when major symbolism in the Natal Chart manifest.

Mia Farrow is a classic Capricorn. Not only does this emerge starkly in her breakout roll in Rosemary's Baby - with all of its devil and other horror themes - but also her physique (especially when quite young) made her look like a starved waif form a Dickens novel. (She actually had polio - childhood disability impact and reminiscent of FDR, complete with quarantined hospitalization - and a brother die during her childhood).
And then there are the "daddy issues." A father who turned to despair and drink, and died early. She had serial, high-public relationships with significantly older men (Roman Polanski, Frank Sinatra, an incident with her yogi, Woody Allen).
I've tended to think that her Sagittarius Moon has expressed itself as some mixture of prude and naïve. She has certainly experienced sex-themed situations that would disturb or even shock most people, but (from a distance - I recognize I'm not living her life) they always seemed to me to arise out of a deep naiveté, a blindness to most people's real nature. Her natus adds a strong Venus-Neptune opposition (with Venus in Pisces), an idealization and blindness in love matters (add Venus-Saturn to the mix); but I actually think the Sagittarius Moon (possibly as part of a partile mundane square to Jupiter - a Moon-Venus-Jupiter set) cast her life as privileged and overly protected. (Was she, in fact, overly sheltered after the polio? I don't know. She was the daughter of show business "royalty," and surely raised with that tone.)
And, just to throw it in, despite all the above, she's also tough and feisty, with an activist streak: Mars is conjunct Midheaven in the sign of its exaltation.
It's a heavily aspected chart. Even limiting ourselves to the closest aspects, they fly around the chart. I haven't touched on her Mercury-Venus-Uranus-Neptune-Pluto quinteet, or the Mars-Jupiter trine (her closest aspect). Sun is sesquisquare Neptune (several Sun-Neptune themes emerge) and Moon more widely square Neptune.
Here Navamsa Moon is in Virgo ("young maiden, waif of a figure") or, if the Novien is better, then it would be in Capricorn (where she already has a major influence) - hard to tell. But if we go with the Navamsa, the Moon ties right into her natal Venus-Saturn-Neptune and, impacting the Virgo Moon, this seems to describe a great deal of her psychosexual development and early life.
