He has had two back surgeries and two concussions.

Charming, debonair, popular... that Venus-Jupiter conjunction at MC (Venus only half a degree off) is the essence of a "star" (in the old school sense). Add the close Moon-Mars opposition for sexuality. And the Capricorn Sun is going to give a little "bad boy" edge. This is the chart of a heart-throb! <g>
There was an era when Capricorn Suns were the essence of "sex symbol" status. These sign patterns have changed over the decades as different vogues of "sex symbol" have been culturally dominant. But it's worth noting the following names with Capricorn Suns: Ramón Novarro, Clark Gable, Cary Grant, James Dean, Paul Newman, Burt Reynolds, Christian Bale. Among women we find Lana Turner, Mamie Van Doren, Eartha Kitt, and Farrah Fawcett, to name a few.
None of these had a Pisces Moon, but that Moon-sign does well on its own, especially for women; and it adds an air of mystery that often blurs the scenery around them. Consider Jean Harlow, Anna May Wong, Rita Hayworth, and in more recent times Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, and Catherine Zeta Jones. Among men, we have no less than Marlon Brando and Alain Delon, for example.
