Hi,well this disorder has ruin my whole life actually,i've tried several times to find a cure and a treatment with doctors and therapies but with no result at all last 3 years.

Finally,i decided to give another chance,this time with a new therapist,we will do psychanalytical therapy and after some period,will be involved into a group therapy.

Can you read if this try will have a positive outcome?

No,i don't want a different answer than what you have read so far,just i have not the proper patient to keep pushing for healing,waiting till 2025 or 2026 seems far away yet.

I got generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety that i cannot grt rid off despite visits and therapies with doctors and psychotherapists,i'm dissapointed.

I need to try a more powerful therapy for my mental health issues,group therapy is good but isn't enough so far to reduce symptoms such as social anxiety,morning general anxiety,repressed emotions and more.

I'm thinking of stop from current therapy and therapist,after 1 year i cant say i got the help i needed and payed for.
