Synastry With An Enemy

A fellow nurse, I've always had problems with yet I have always respected just always make me feel terrible. Here are some of the issues I have.

1. Jealousy. I feel like she's jealous of me or she's always trying to make me feel jealous of her.
2. Feeling like I'm having a work with relationship with my mother.
3. Always feel like she's intentionally trying to exclude me, and encouraging others to do the same.

Like I said, I respect this woman deeply, and she's helped me in anyway, but being so emotionally sensitive, after an interaction with this person, it feels like my entire day is just thrown off.

Her DOB is 9/29/74.

Well, gosh, she's a Virgo-Aquarius, so she surely is the embodiment of sanity, reason, compassionate insight, and kindness <vbg>.

Of course, that Sun-Pluto conjunction isn't exactly wired to socially connect with others easily, and we don't know her angles.

Her Jupiter squares your Mars-Uranus - I would think she celebrates your strength. Her Jupiter moderately opposes your Sun, so I'd expect mutual respect. Her Moon MIGHT be closely opposite your Sun, so one would expect you easily have the psychological advantage over her.

Of course, we don't know her angles.

Could this also be related to her Saturn opposite my moon, and her Mars loosely square my Moon?

I saw the Mars to Moon but that's awfully wide considering the closer aspects. I did, however, entirely miss her Saturn closely opposite your Moon. That is surely the factor (other than the possibility of angles), though it does tend to be not bad for work relationships - only a problem usually when them become personal relationships.
Favors the practical over the personal. Business collaborations can flourish; personal matters fare worse; and mixing them rarely works. Nor is Moon-Saturn conducive to prolonged domestic happiness. Parent-child themes structure the relationship (including passive-aggressive and resistant tactics). Saturn has most of the power and eventually brings the "no" that limits the relationship: Despite warmth and attraction, Saturn is removed, indifferent, and may be unavailable, living at a great distance, or only interested in casual contact. Enduring, loyal connection is possible but not ensured. Negative expressions include wounded pride, threatened security, distrust, depression, and loss.
