Moscow train derailment

Over 100 people were injured (almost half of them in critical condition), and 20 now have died, following a metro train derailment in Moscow today. I can't find a time, but CNN reported (secondary to a Russia state-run media report) at 2:04 AM PDT, which was 1:00 PM BADT in Moscow.

I'll use 12:30 PM as a working time. Let's see what we get.

PRECIS
Solar: Moon, Mercury, Venus, Pluto. Moon-Jupiter, Moon-Pluto, Sun/Jupiter, Venus-Pluto.
Lunar: Moon, Sun, Mars, Uranus. Moon-Mars, Sun/Jupiter, Sun-Uranus.
Day: Mercury.

Year: Capsolar
In addition to the many lunar aspects this year, we see:
Mercury on EP (1°39')
Moon sets (1°45')
Venus rises (2°46')
Pluto rises (2°51')
-- Venus-Pluto conjunction (0°05' in mundo), op. Moon ~1°
Jupiter sets (7°08')
So, in addition to the war rumblings in the chart, this shows a transportation-related theme involving loss and separation that stuns the mind.

Quarter: Arisolar
Jupiter sets (2°25')
Pluto rises (6°01')
-- Jupiter-Pluto op. (3°36')
Moon-Mars conj. (1°45' in mundo)
Again, the military-imperialistic rumblings are loudest. I'm not sure that this chart shows today's event other than en passant.

Month: Caplunar
The new Caplunar is dormant.

Week: Liblunar
The prior Liblunar flows through into the new week:
Uranus sets (0°37')
Moon on EP (0°13')
Mars sq. MC (0°36')
Sun sq. Asc (0°57')
Jupiter on MC (7°59')
-- Sun/Jupiter on MC (0°04')
Moon-Jupiter square (0°08' in mundo)
Sun-Uranus square (2°08')
Moon-Mars conjunction (3°16' in mundo)
This starts to show the event very well, then brings in Moon-Jupiter and Sun-Jupiter elements that dilute. Nonetheless, the basic showing with Uranus and Mars is quite solid.

So far, more Mercury presence would be preferred, and we haven't seen the actual loss of life very clearly - surprised there is no more Saturn.

Day: Capsolar Quotidian
Well, we get the Mercury right away:
CapQ WP conj. CapQ Mercury (0°06')

Day: Cansolar Quotidian
CanQ MC op. s. Pluto (1°40')
CanQ Asc sq. s. Jupiter (0°55')

SUMMARY
Year: Moon, Mercury, Venus, Pluto (Jupiter). Moon-Jupiter, Moon-Pluto, Sun/Jupiter, Venus-Pluto.
Quarter: Jupiter (Pluto). Moon-Mars, Jupiter-Pluto.
Month: (Dormant.)
Week: Moon, Sun, Mars, Uranus (Jupiter). Moon-Mars, Sun/Jupiter, Sun-Uranus.
Day (CapQ): Mercury.
Day (CanQ): Jupiter, Pluto.

The italics mean aspecting, right?
The / is the international convention for a midpoint, hyphen for an aspect.

Sun-Jupiter means a Sun-Jupiter aspect. Sun/Jupiter means the Sun/Jupiter midpoint.
