Afghanistan suicide bomber

At least 45 people died, and 60 were wounded, by a Taliban suicide bomber detonating at a volleyball match Sunday (November 23, 2014). It is coincidental with, and appears to be in response to, the government's agreement to let NATO troops remain in Afghanistan after the end of the year.
Location is given as southeastern Paktika province (in the Yahya Khel district), apparently 32N56, 68E39. The best time I can find is "after 5 PM."
