Relocating my family, should our child grow up near his Pluto IC or Saturn IC?

I don’t like either of them, but they’re his main lines through the US and we can only relocate here. My partner is an air traffic controller and we soon have the opportunity to choose where we want to go but it’s really important to me that we pick a good place for him to grow up. I’m really looking to learn more about his lines but I’m not sure how to translate the information and I’m not well versed in sidereal. Birth chart information is 06/19/22 04:28pm OKC, OK. I appreciate anyone taking the time truly.

Welcome to Solunars, LibertyLuna. - Do you want to mention the locations, or do you want to keep that private?

Going ONLY on the information of whether a child should grow up under a Saturn line or a Pluto line, I'll pick Pluto anytime. Saturn is simply terribly hard on a child (it's much kinder when one is older). In this case, your son has an almost exact Venus-Saturn square, so a Saturn line means that his Venus-Saturn square comes to the angles - which, again, is very hard on a child.

Pluto lines can produce dramatic events - sometimes extreme - but primarily they draw out someone being forced to be themselves authentically and dispense with all the {bs} around them. I consider this a good thing. It's usually only hard when other people strongly insist on putting rigid rules and restrictions on the person, because Pluto will then rebel hard and find a way to evade them. (Your son's Aquarius Moon can deal with "weird" just fine.)

He has a strong Pluto nature anyway: Moon is 0°02' from exact semi-square to Pluto.

But there are also questions of how close each thing is to the angles, whether other planets are involved in the picture, and other things like shifted mundane aspects. If you'd like to give the actual locations, we can probably say more.

I might add that your son has a very emotionally hard chart (aspects to Moon, Sun, and Venus especially say this). On the other hand, Mercury is probably his BEST planet, a place he can flourish and feel strong. If either location has conditions that will nourish and support his intellect and curiosities, that might outweigh any other consideration.

His intellect, curiosity, and need for independent discovery are strong. He could benefit, though, from applying this in a creative direction - perhaps music in particular. Some of the difficult aspects are usually very hard on ego formation EXCEPT the come alive and usually turn out more positive when a strong creative spirit is allowed to grow and flourish.
