Downtown LA fire

About 1:20 AM this morning, a "massive" fire broke out in downtown Los Angeles in an apartment building under construction. It has spread to other buildings, has caused two freeways to be shut down, and is engaging over 200 firemen.
Los Angeles has had a year of Neptune angular in the Capsolar, and half a year of Saturn square Ascendant in the Cansolar. Neptune is also within a degree of Descendant for the Libsolar.
The Caplunar is dormant (but has a degree and a half Moon-Mars conjunction affecting everyone). The Arilunar has Venus at Midheaven and a widely foreground Neptune (hardly what I'd expect for a fire).
CapQ is better than adequate: One of the most common aspects for major fires is a Moon-Sun conjunction or opposition. The CapQ has a partile Moon-Sun opposition along EP/WP (with fiery Sun only 0°14' from WP). Mercury is on Descendant.
Transiting Mars is conjunct Cansolar Westpoint (partile).
