Cuba embargo ending

It's now official: After half a century, the U.S. embargo of Cuba is ending.
At 11:06 AM EST, NY Times broke the story that the U.S. "will restore full diplomatic relations with Cuba and open an embassy in Havana... In a deal negotiated during 18 months of secret talks hosted largely by Canada and encouraged by Pope Francis, who hosted a final culminating meeting at the Vatican, President Obama and President Raul Castro of Cuba agreed in a telephone call to put aside decades of hostility to find a new relationship..."
At 12:20 PM, NY Times reported that Pres. Obama stated that "the 50 years of isolating Cuba has not worked and it is time for a new approach."
