February 10,1973, 1:12 PM, Staten Island, NY, off Arthur Kill Road. The worst industrial disaster in Staten Island history. An explosion, caused by a pocket of gas trapped in a natural gas storage tank's liner, blew the concrete roof off the tank. 40 workers died.

The explosion occurred as Mars set.

Based on recent discoveries, notice that the "bridge" techniques that would have narrowed the time frame when this occurs would be as follows. Quite appropriate.
