King Charles' health

Monday night (Feb 5) Buckingham Palace announced that during King Charles III's benign prostate reduction surgery, cancer was detected. They are not acting alarmed, are expressing confidence in his treatment, and make it sound not terribly threatening.
They're also not saying what kind of cancer it is. That's strange, since the least threatening kind they likely would have found is slow-growing prostate cancer. I have to assume, therefore, that it isn't prostate cancer. To be discovered during that surgery, it could be rectal (which likely wouldn't have sounded louder alarms), bladder (moderate threat but caught early?), or something caught in a blood test.
King Charles (whom I haven't expected since the '70s would serve a long reign) is at a transition point in his life and, within about a year, has some unusual hardship. The diagnosis came almost precisely at Saturn opposite natal Saturn - a hard transit but more one of showing a new life phase and time to make some changes and realignments in life. It also occurred almost the exact day of a progressed New Moon, another "phase change, start a new life cycle" aspect. By Solar Arc, Saturn has just entered a 1° orb of conjunct natal Sun, which will build over the next (not quite) one year and is the most threatening to his well-being.
Transiting Pluto is also starting to square his Moon, and this will appear on angles of many SLRs over the next year or two, I'm sure. It also suggests existential confrontation and a bit of a shock.
