Occupy Wall Street began on September 17, 2011. I noticed at the time that the simultaneous wave-like force of the Tea Party and Occupy movements coincided with transiting Neptune's time conjoining U.S. natal Moon. It occurred to me today to check the ingress behavior for the start of the encampment.

Fascinating! Not only was Neptune conjunct U.S. natal Moon, the Capsolar had a 1°02' Moon-Neptune square for the year.

Not much to go on, but the primary characteristic is erupting populism.

Only t. Mercury crossed a CapQ angle the day it all began - probably expressing how the news crews rolled out (and possibly that it was a "message" event).
