Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, Independence Hall (39N56'56" 75W09'00"), I favor Lewellyn George's last polishing of the "shortly past noon" Hazelrigg chart (usually interpreted as about 12:10 PM. The specific time I use is 12:10:43 PM LAT. (Kenneth Bowser likes his rectification for about one minute later.)
There is also much favoring (especially for matters of war or conflict) with the Declaration of War on England chart based on Helen Boyd's historical research and R.C. Firebrace's rectification. It is for July 6, 1775, 11:00 AM LMT, for the same location in Philadelphia.

That's a new one to me, thanks. No love for the 17:10pm 'Sibley' chart?

Nope. Besides not performing well astrologically, and not matching the historic record that the vote of adoption was called at noon and they broke immediately after, the documentary evidence of the so-called Sibly chart has questionable provenance.
Notice that if the chart I recommended is relocated to London, the same moment is 5:15 PM LMT. Since Philadelphia is almost exactly at 75 West longitude, telling a London audience that the declaration was adopted at 5:10 PM (London Local Apparent time) is the same as saying it occurred at 12:14 PM LMT or 12:10 PM LAT - agreeing to the minute with the chart I recommend. I think it most likely the Sibley report (along with various calculation problems) is simply the American report of 12:10 PM converted to London time.

The country was, after all, founded as a nation of Puritans and others who embodied virtues such as hard work and persistence.
It was once pointed out (most of a century ago) that the eastern most edge of our chart is marked by a perfect symbol of the Statue of Liberty marking the major eastern entry point, Saturn in Virgo being in effect Virgo-imaged statuary <vbg>.
All the primary divisions of the nation (historically and currently) seem to me to be described by diverse themes scattered around this chart, not the least of which is a wide-0open humanitarian "melting pot" collective (Moon in Aquarius) poised against a narrow, controlling, conservative idea of European "purity" (Saturn rising in Virgo). A nation that explicitly separated religion from government (Sun in the least religious constellation Gemini) and yet puts "In God we Trust" on its various emblems (the Sun is conjunct Jupiter, with a 9th House stellium). And so forth.

Was the constitution written by Gods? Aliens? Devine intervention? Or discovered by fleshly men, like us, channeling, discovering our true essence and purpose?

Yes, the American Dream. There are few conservatives like an American conservative, and even your American liberal is probably to the right of the average Brit or European. In UK at least, we also think of an 'earnest American', a type who has held on to a seriousness of outlook, esp. around God and Country, etc.
