President Kennedy's final lunar return is quite famous. In particular, it's dual indications for Washington (where it set up) and Dallas (where he was killed) are wondrous symbolism.

I'd never been sure where his final Solar Return occurred - whether, for example, he went home to Hyannis Port to celebrate. This morning I had the chance to read an account from one of his Secret Service agents who was present at the birthday party and, later, in Dallas. He confirmed (with details) that the birthday was celebrated at the White House.

Therefore, JFK's final SSR occurred May 30, 1963, 10:43:48 AM EDT, 38M53'50" 77W02'13". (I know the planet distribution well because my wife was born a few hours earlier.) Here is the breakdown:

In addition to the two Moon aspects, the chart is simple: A partile Venus-Neptune opposition is closely square Ascendant, with both of them in mundane square to a barely foreground Saturn. It's a horribly afflicted Venus. Additionally, natal Saturn and Neptune are closely angular. Since there is a foreground transiting Saturn-Neptune square, this means that the chart has double Saturn-Neptune,

Let's go with what we already know for sure: The family suffered a very hard emotional blow a few months later the First Lady gave birth t a slightly premature baby who died within a few hours. Besides the direct loss, this had a devastating effect on Jackie and both direct and second-hand grief for Jack. This is shown perfectly by his SSR.

Second, Saturn-Neptune is the classic, well-demonstrated aspect for the removal - whether by resignation or overthrow - of major leaders. Since he was murdered, it's clear that there was an "overthrow," no matter how large or small the attack. Therefore, his removal from office is clear from the DOUBLE Saturn + Neptune.

This isn't a straightforward attack, though. The Dallas SLR was clearly violent and direct, whereas this one is not. If the SSR is describing his removal (as it appears to be) and the cause wasn 't weakening, failing health, then the symbolism shows sneaking, deception, plotting. I would almost be willing to say, from this one chart, that there was a secret conspiracy - that's the easiest reading - but perhaps that is taking things too on too little evidence. Nonetheless, it's the simplest reading.

But there is something more: I keep getting drawn back to that Venus-Neptune opposition that is so dominant. As mentioned, its effect is already clear with his personal and family tragedy in the summer. Still, IF every detail of this SSR also describes his end, we have to ask what involvement this Venus-Neptune (and, further, Venus-Neptune squared by Saturn) could have or the assassination.

Venus-Neptune's one common, almost routine expression when foreground in a return chart is betrayal, especially a personal betrayal - betrayal be a friend or trusted connection - a Judas type of betrayal. There are other expressions, of course (even besides the loss of their expected son): For example, there were plenty of opportunities for disillusionment. There is whatever surrendering to temptation he undertook. Yet the simplest reading - if we want to read the whole chart as describing the assassination - is betrayal by trusted intimates or trusted allies.

This is the most intriguing reading of the chart to me.

When this chart progressed, in Dallas, to have transiting Moon exactly on its Ascendant... the set of malefics was complete.

I totally agree with your analysis Jim for JFK's final SSR. And I basically agree with Arena's thoughts about somekind of Deep State (probably military/CIA) having way too much corrupt power to inflict evil/terror anytime/anywhere in this World.

Once I saw Johnon's chart, I never again though him complicit. I'm pretty sure that Johnson learned a whole lot of surprising stuff immediately - things that pushed the direction he would go on things like Vietnam - but he also spent the rest of his time in office securing and guaranteeing JFK's primary goals on matters like civil rights.

LBJ was surprised - startled, even stunned - by what happened that day. The Mercury-Uranus square in space fell exactly on Johnson's Moon. The other interesting transit was t Jupiter 0°05' from conjunct Johnson's Saturn: The transit shows that, on balance, he gained from this, but the gain came from loss. (There's more to it than that, but that's the simple message.) And, of course, depending on the exact time of his birth near daybreak, transiting Sun was square his Ascendant. He did, after all, immediately become president.

The aspects of violence didn't touch his chart.

Solar Arc Saturn squared his Sun 0°30'. Directed Neptune conjoined his Mercury 0°06'. Besides taking on great responsibility, this was an occasion of personal loss and sincere mourning. (These are aspects that appear in other personality types for suicide.) - I admit, though, that I don't know which of several possible interpretations to give directed MC conjunct his Venus (0°10' for the birth time I use, which is Fagan's rectification).

Johnson's November 9 SLR for Dallas had Saturn exactly setting squared by a Sun-Neptune conjunction on IC. It was a personally mournful event for him.

I am indeed on the same page with you Jim about your thoughts with Johnson. Personally I think Johnson soon figured out after JFK,s death it was a coup, and became afraid he may become blamed or thought responsible for the coup, which many people think that today & yesterday.

There were 21 eyewitness who heard and saw the same shot(s) (smoke) fired from behind the wooden fence. There accounts were not put in the Warren Commission Report.

The grandfather of a friend of mine was on the Warren Commission. He endorsed and defended the findings when they came out then later changed his mind in part. He also started taking strong stands against J. Edgar Hoover and certain segments of the armed forces. Coincidentally, he died in a plane crash a few months after that (or simply disappeared since neither the plane nor its passengers were ever found).

I hear you V, and I understand Jim. Lots of powerful evil forces against anyone who were in disagrement or counter their narrative that Oswall was the lone shooter. The truth at times no match vs evil power.

Ironically... Dallas! (Waco even better.) For Dallas he had Jupiter on Midheaven - another great example of how solar returns don't relocate with you as you move about the year. But Texas wasn't perfect.

Anyplace that brings his Venus brings the Venus-Neptune opposition, and many of them bring one or another Saturn or natal Neptune into the mix. For example, Hong Kong (then under British rule) might have been short term fun but still had signs of betrayal.

Madrid has transiting Jupiter 0°10' from Descendant and a mundane Moon-Venus square. Birmingham in UK is almost identical.
