WISH LIST - Clockwise wheel for southern latitudes

For southern latitudes and parts of the tropics - i.e., in any chart where Midheaven's declination is greater than the geographic co-latitude - the chart wheel should be redesigned to be consistent with looking north to see the ecliptic cross the sky.
In the resulting chart, Ascendant is at the 3 o'clock position and MC at the 12 o'clock - everything else arranged to be consistent with that. Houses rotate the opposite direction. The ecliptic rotates in the opposite direction.
While all the basic design elements are already in the program, I imagine the debugging details of getting this operating put it in the non-trivial category.
Here's a sample. (Don't stress about Moon in the wrong house, it's just an overflow display issue trying to fit five planets in the 12th House.)
