Where to next?

Hi all, I'm hoping to gain insight into the best place to move to in terms of wealth and abundance, stability and feeling 'at home.' I'm on the cusp of graduating post-secondary and decided to give myself a chance to relocate
As per my birth certificate I was born:
December 8, 2000, 07:43am, Tacloban City, Philippines
Since high school I've felt called to running my own online business and being a 'digital nomad' or entrepreneur where I'm not tied down to working a traditional role of a 9-5 (i.e., achieving financial freedom through my own online business). Especially this year, a lot of movement/ideas related to this has been happening! This is my ideal vision of my career prospects, in addition to mentoring or teaching others in some form or another.
Traveling locally appeals to me often, especially being near bodies of water. Currently, I live on Vancouver Island (Nanaimo, BC). I don't necessarily feel called to moving elsewhere, except staying here on the west coast of Canada. I've thought about relocating to Victoria, BC or Vancouver, BC. Life here has felt comfortable.
I've heard good things about Jupiter and Venus lines but I'm unfortunately not educated in that realm haha. Is there an ideal place I should move to that will be beneficial for me?

Hi Sulris,
Thanks for including all the information we need to calculate this. Indeed, Jupiter and Venus lines are ones we would commonly look at, especially for wealth and abundance, but we should look at all of them. These "lines" are longitudes or latitude/longitude arcs on the globe where a particular natal planet comes into the foreground; the angles of your natal chart "rotate" as you physically travel (and/or permanently relocate), bringing different natal planets into the foreground.
But more on that later. I will take a look at this for your chart when I'm done with work for the day.

You have a Scorpio Sun and Aries Moon (both Mars-ruled signs), as well as Mars as your most foreground planet by a significant margin. This shows you as an intensely competitive, strategic, pragmatic, and generally technical person, which are all qualities that typically lead to success in the competitive world of business. You’ve got an exact Sun-Moon octile, which bestows great force of personality, drive, and the inclination for leadership positions. A moderate Sun-Pluto conjunction also indicates someone who stands apart from others, with their own goals and values and a resistance to being controlled by others. Your close Mercury-Jupiter opposition also indicates someone who works better for themselves, has business acumen, and is always on the lookout for a lucky break. There’s a moderate Sun-Mars-Uranus cluster (all soft aspects), all of which indicate a person just bursting with energy, desire, and insight which wants room to maneuver and not to yield control to others.
All of this matches with what you’ve written. You definitely seem like the kind of person who works better for themself than they do for someone else.
Quite notably, your Sun is in the acute background of the chart. This is a factor that indicates someone feeling like they are unsure what to be in life or who they truly are, as if there are many possibilities and they’re not sure which one to pursue.
This is not all that your chart says, of course - Mars in Virgo does suggest you’re eager to jump in and help; Moon-Venus-Neptune shows a very sensitive, creative, and caring soul; Jupiter-Neptune, plus Mercury, shows you as being an intensely idealistic, generally optimistic, high-minded person, with strong academic performance, a way with words, and enormous creativity - but these aren’t what you specifically asked about, so I’m not prioritizing them.

In terms of relocation, given your stated goals, I would prioritize putting natal Sun, Mercury, and/or Jupiter on an angle.
Sun on an angle would lead to you feeling like you’re finally in the driver’s seat, with concrete goals and a firm sense of self that continues to unfold over the course of your life. Mercury would generally increase your information and communications needs, which are generally supportive to business endeavors. Jupiter would lead to you feeling fortunate, recognized, and otherwise elevated.
Nothing really changes within the Philippines. It’s too small of a geographic area.
Nanaimo, BC is complex, with you gaining, in order of strength:
Mercury on Descendant +0°40’
Jupiter on Ascendant +0°42’
Saturn on Ascendant +3°28’
Sun on Descendant -4°51’
(Eris on Ascendant +4°57’, but we don’t really know much for certain about Eris yet)
Neptune on Midheaven +5°05’
Some of this is really quite remarkable, as you get all 3 of the desired planets on angles, plus an exact mundane Mercury-Jupiter aspect. (Mundane aspects are location-based, unlike your regular natal aspects, which are global.)
On the other hand, you also get natal Saturn, which has new mundane aspects to Mercury-Jupiter-Neptune. You gain a Saturn-Neptune mundane square (1°37’), as well as a Jupiter-Saturn mundane conjunction (2°46’). The Saturn-Neptune is rather close, though not within the important threshold of 1°.
Normally, I wouldn’t like having Saturn on an angle at all, and I don’t like Saturn-Neptune (having that aspect myself natally). However, it is less impactful than Mercury-Jupiter. At its best, it could lead you to concretizing your visions and establishing a stable “brand,” so to speak. Jupiter-Saturn is rather good for such things, and Mercury only helps. At its worst, Saturn-Neptune can lead to you getting in your own way, procrastinating and generally avoiding doing things in order to avoid risking failure. It can also lead to depressive tendencies and other dark states of mind. . If you think you’re strong enough to withstand and direct such forces to productive ends rather than getting discouraged - and I think you are constituted to be successful in this - then staying in this area of BC could be very worthwhile for you.
Also, if you want to feel "stable," then Saturn is (generally) the planet for you. Saturn-Neptune is much less so, but I think that these angularities lean much more towards "stable."
Let’s take a look at Vancouver proper:
Mercury on Descendant +1°15’
Jupiter on Ascendant +1°17’
Saturn on Ascendant +4°01’
Sun on Descendant -4°12’
(Eris on Ascendant +5°28’)
Neptune on Midheaven +7°10’
Basically the same as Nanaimo, just less intense. The mundane aspects separate a bit, particularly Saturn-Neptune, which stretches to 3°09’. It might be better than Nanaimo just by virtue of having less Saturn-Neptune (due to Neptune being further from the angle), or it might be weaker due to generally wider angularities, but I’m not sure you’d be able to see that much of a difference.
Victoria is much the same as the other two:
Mercury on Descendant +0°23’
Jupiter on Ascendant +0°37’
Saturn on Ascendant +3°21’
Sun on Descendant -5°06’
(Eris on Ascendant +5°34’)
Neptune on Ascendant +6°19’
Saturn-Neptune is widened to 2°47’. The rest is basically the same. I would probably pick this over Nanaimo due to more Mercury-Jupiter and less Saturn-Neptune, but again, I’m not sure you’ll be able to perceive much of a difference.
Let’s take a look at other locations. Since we know that prioritizing Mercury-Jupiter gives us Saturn and Neptune (most of the time), let’s try to prioritize Sun…
Sun is foreground on an arc through the central US. It passes closest to Odessa, Texas, or Santa Fe, New Mexico. Let’s take a look at Santa Fe just as an example:
Sun on Descendant -0°31’
Pluto on Descendant -5°46’
Mercury on Descendant +6°47’
Jupiter on Ascendant +7°19’
Plus, Jupiter-Saturn-Uranus mundane squares in the 2°-3° range, which is probably just close enough to be meaningful but not so close that it’ll be very prominent. This is actually pretty great. Mercury and Jupiter are not very close to their angles, but they’re present as side themes; having Sun on Descendant is the main feature here. I think the Santa Fe area is at least worth visiting so you can get a sense of what having Sun in the immediate foreground might feel like, and then you can decide if that feels better than what you’re currently doing.

As far as things happening right now, Pluto is currently squaring your Moon and octile your Sun. This is likely feeling like a massive overhaul in your sense of identity, bringing a lot of emotional matters up to the surface in some kind of big, climactic chapter ending (and chapter beginning) in your life. Progressed Moon is currently squaring natal Pluto (though it’s almost finished) as well. This is a great time to explore the kinds of things you’re asking about in this post!
Regardless of where you were for your last birthday, your Sidereal Solar Return (SSR) shows a relatively close transiting Moon-Pluto square, suggesting similar events as Pluto transiting Moon. Your attention is on deep matters of authenticity and meaning, as well as the foundation of your psyche right now.

This is really good work. About the only thing I'd add is that Vancouver is nearly as good.

Thanks Mike and Jim! All of this was so enlightening, I really appreciate your time on this! I did have a follow-up, are there other parts of the world besides North America that could be really beneficial for me? I'm not really sure how the venus line and meeting a potential partner plays along with this also, but you've got me curious!

Your Moon and Venus are in close square, so will tend to all on angles near each other. This is a particularly pleasurable, connecting, romantic combination, so we should look for locations where the two are on angles, with emphasis on the Venus where possible.
I'll speak mostly in terms of broad zones, then - if any interest you - we can zoom in and pin down specific locations.
Venus on MC only touches land in North America, near the bottom tip of Alaska and immediately north - say, around Ketchikan, Juneau, and across into White Horse, I imagine.
Venus on IC passes through Saudi Arabia, Iran, and parts of Russia well east of Moscow - the longitude (due north-south) of Baku, Azerbaijan. But Moon-Venus exactly converge (on the same longitude) near the outer tip of Somalia.
Venus sets mostly over water, but touches land in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and again inthe outer tip of Brazil, including Foraleza. It rises through west-central Australia and in parts of Indonesia, including Sarna. (Moon and Venus are quite close there.)
Venus square Ascendant (i.e., on Zenith and Nadir) skirts the eastern coast of Africa (passing through Mogadishu), up across Saudi Arabia and Iran (near Tehran) and deep interior Russia.
Venus square Midheaven (i.e., on Eastpoint and Westpoint) passes through central Australia (the longitude of Alice Springs), and due north through the southern part of Japan (south of Osaka); and then through more inland Brazil, around the longitude (due north-south) of Santos.

Thank you Jim! Could you tell me more about Osaka, Japan and Santos, Brazil and other influences of the lines at those locations?

What exactly do you want to know? As mentioned, these are places where your Venus is angular. (I think those were the only lines there.)

I had time to pull your chart back up and run a report in other software (TM).
In Osaka specifically, you have Venus within 0°50' of Eastpoint (it would be more exact 0°50' farther east longitude, but it's plenty close as it is) and Moon 3°29' from IC - so it's the Moon-Venus combination (with emphasis on Venus) that I said to target.
In Santos (and I was referring originally to the whole longitude, but I'll look up Santos specifically since you asked), you have Venus 1°05' from WP (it would be exact about 1° farther east but is quite close here). Moon is 5° off MC (so you have the Moon-Venus again) - much the same. You also have a weakly angular Mars (8° off IC) which may have a minor voice but mostly is drowned out by the stronger factors.

Hmm good question - how do you think I'll be influenced in terms of:
- How I perceive people and how people perceive me. How will I appear to others and vice versa?
- Feeling 'at home' or a sense of belonging. Will this come easier or more so a drastic change?
- Making new friends, or potential romantic connections. Will this also come easier? Is there a good time to potentially meet a romantic committed connection?
- Anything that may potentially make me feel uneasy in general?
