If these Neptune aspects are to manifest with this Election, I would expect maybe a very close election with probably prolonged confusion/uncertainly for final outcome, or simply a very convoluted/neptune 2024 Prez Election interpretive with all kinds of doses of Neptune.

I'm home now and you're righty. I'd forgotten progressed Neptune was that much later than natal Neptune. I know we moved through the "President's downfall" Moon to Mars-Neptune this summer when Biden tumbled.

If this is an accurate timed USA chart, these prominent secondary progressed Neptune aspects could manifest as some type of Neptunian chaotic/confused conditions with this 2024 Prez Election. A sp solar arc MC closely 180 r Neptune normally would manifest Neptunian conditions for at least several months as a major “Life Development” for the USA with this election, I certainly hope not. The sp Moon- 180 sp Neptune hit normally manifests its symbolism for a very short period, maybe 4-6 weeks or less, and most definitely points to a probable Moon-Neptune manifestation with this Prez Election. But it should be realized the sp MC-Neptune could have already manifested itself solely with the “out of ordinary” situation with Biden the USA President withdrawing himself from another Prez Election run because of his cognitive conditions, which obviously could be interpreted as a major “Life Development” for the USA from an historical standpoint.
