35 people were killed in a hit-and-run in southern China by an SUV "plowing into crowds of an outdoor sports center" (CNN). Over 40 others were injured and hospitalized.
The 62-year-old driver was unhappy with his divorce settlement. After plowing through the crowds, he was found by police "self-harming with a knife" in his car.
The event seems to have happened as Saturn crossed local MC (square Mercury) but with a Moon-Jupiter square partile in the local foreground.
