Navarino massacre

Navarino massacre

Aug 19, 1942, Pylos (aka Navarino), Greece; I suspect it was dawn (it was "when the gates opened" for the day). I'll use 6 AM as a working time.

During the Greek Civil War, "resulted in the extermination of the Turkish civilian population [of Pylos]". The entire city population of 3,000 was killed by the Greeks except for 160 that escaped.
