The Fall of the Berlin Wall is often discussed as if it were a point-event. In fact, it was more of a fast-paced erosion over a two to three months, and a point event is hard to find. I think, though, the most psychologically important moment was November 9, 1989, 10:45 PM, when gates were thrown open, the largest floods of people openly crossed, and dancing soon began atop the wall.
This event is centered in Berlin, of course. It has repercussions in particular for the Soviet Union. Below, I am using East Berlin specifically, which is a few minutes of longitude and latitude different from the center of Berlin.
As you can see, it was substantially a Pluto event.
