Aleppo

I had been wondering what astrological factors had been concentrating on Aleppo, Syria for the last year and, especially, this month with renewed, devastating results.
So many of the solar ingresses have been dormant for the city that, if we didn't know about dormancy and flow-through, it would look like nothing was going on much at all. But, actually, it been devastatingly consistent.
Dormant solar ingresses have included this year's Capsolar, this year's Arisolar, and last year's Libsolar. Aleppo has been floating from Cansolar to Cansolar as its only active ingresses.
And here's the story from that:
2015 CANSOLAR: Pluto on MC (2°16'), Uranus rising (0°01')
2016 CANSOLAR: Pluto on WP (0°00')
September 12 CAPLUNAR: Pluto on Asc (0°06')
