Solunars by Aldebaran Sidereal Academy

In the February 1961 issue of AA, Garth Allen gave the birth data for the Crown Prince of Iran. This is more than a birth chart - it was a long-waited, high importance event of vast national celebration. He started to analyze it as a mundane astrology event, and I intend to finish it.

The event was October 31, 1960, 8:25 UT, Tehran, with a near-partile square of Moon to a dignified Jupiter, and a Sun-Neptune conjunction crowning Midheaven.

SUMMARY

Bradley especially cited the Cansolar, which had Jupiter in Sagittarius exactly on MC. This is, however, going a bit out of his way (but not much) for an October event. It's probable he was thinking of the Cansolar as junior Year chart and, more broadly, a half-year chart (as I did until a couple of years ago). The chart is valid regardless, though it's not a front-runner.

I'm especially troubled by the Capsolar-based daily indications. With all the desire for Jupiter and Venus for this event, transiting Saturn was within a degree of Capsolar Midheaven, and was also (within a mere 0°07') on CapQ Ascendant. That's a lot of highly precise and concentrated Saturn! That the transit is part of a Mars-Saturn opposition makes it more questionable.

I'm impressed with the amount of angular Sun for this royal birth. It squares the Capsolar Ascendant, sits on the Libsolar Descendant, conjoins CanQ Ascendant, and transits Cansolar Moon.

I'm impressed with the Caplunar that has Venus setting in Tehran.

But the Bridge has three factors: one by Mars, one by Saturn, one by Neptune. That's not a happy event.
