I find this Eastpoint quite remarkable sometimes.

Hard to argue with Salvador Dali and his natal Neptune conjunct Eastpoint.
Surrealism and imaginative art.

Re: Stationary Mercury and Jupiter

Thanks for that. Enlightening and informative. I think stationary planets (or slow) is somewhat ignored in astrology textbooks. So I appreciate the definition given. I have Solar Fire settings alarm when a planet is within +/- 3 days of station. And the symbol "S" appear after the planet glyph in ...

Extraordinary thing to have TWO planets stationary within hours. I habitually check every chart for stations, and I don't recall
having seen such thing before. :D

Re: Tom Brady's AA Rated Birth Time

Good thoughts Steve.

I think it's interesting that the Mars/Pluto=Sun which is the direct midpoint , have a Jupiterian twist to it
increasing the fortune action imo.

Since Brady's natal Sun is octile Jupiter (0'37) in his chart, jupiter is in the ' indirect midpoint ' of Mars an Pluto, adding to ...

Thank you for that educational meaty example. Sounds like the time is quite correct as it is.
It will take some time to unpack this and follow the steps involved.

Thank you guys for your patience with me. :D

So....now reading more closely how to proceed, I checked the 'Report page' in 'Solar Fire', getting the Right Ascension
data. And for the explorer Sven Hedin it is still an existing conjunction with Ep and Jupiter measured in that mode.
I am impressed ...

Thanks for this thread.

I have started to watch this Ep point more closely now including it in the Solar fire settings.
Found a recent nice example of angularity of the planet Jupiter in the chart of the
famous traveler explorer Sven Hedin.

The transit of nearly stationary Uranus was opposite her progressed Mars ( 0'10 orb).
FWIW, after monitoring day-by-day transits to my progressed planets (among other things) for years, I concluded that the only ones that ever amounted to anything were transits to progressed luminaries. (This ...

Excellent observations Stillpoint, I think you nailed this symbolism for Fagan's most important discovery for us Siderealists. Thanks for posting your observations. :)

Extremely interesting example. I learned a lot from the interpretations above.

I use the 'Progressed MC in RA'.
For the Converse secondary progressions there was dec 1967:

Con P ASC-180-MO (aries)
Con P MC-00- con P SA (0'07 orb).

Re: Pluto transit to natal Mercury - hearing loss?

Thanks for your kind comments James,

I've never found parallels valid at all, though, so I'm skeptical of this. I'd rather count the 7°11' Class III Mercury-Saturn conjunction (which I think is too wide to usually notice, but technically hanging around)

Yes that is possible.

Re: Pluto transit to natal Mercury - hearing loss?

Hi

I wonder if the natal parallel with Mercury and Saturn might tie in mercury to the natal saturn and neptune combo, which
is associated with potenial illness (ebertin). There is also a parallel just outside 1' degree orb between neptune and mercury.
Saturn is associated with bones that may ...
