First rising planet

This is probably nothing except for some old lore, however has anyone heard anything about the first planet that rises at your birth can tell you something about your personality? [Maybe you may be more like that planet, or use that planet first in any given situation?]

Venus (Lucifer) is mine (it already has some influence over my moon and luminary strength from my novien sun).

I'm sure this is probably not measurable or even worth noting but my curiosity is rather endless..

That's an old theory. I suspect it came from ancient times when, frankly, that was the most obvious planet in the sky to mark a birth - the most recently "born" planet.

I doubt it has any importance unless it is already angular.

I'm not sure where you get Venus as your "first risen" planet unless you are using a different definition than I've historically seen (and that I was discussing), i.e., that it really means most recently risen - Mercury in your case.
