Hi. I assume you are making this shift because Illinois required hospitals to record births in standard time, right? This was a question I asked you at the start of class - whether your birth came from a hospital record or some other source. (Pennsylvania was the same thing.)
If it's a hospital record then, yes, you should use CST, even though Chicago was on CDT. I forget what you told me at the time, but I thought it was this was from some other source (family record? I don't recall at this point, but I bet you do).
This would also put your Moon-Neptune on MC for relocation, which is quite fitting.
BTW, we're still working on pulling the Solar & Lunar Returns class together, but it was overly optimistic to think we could do this in April - which now means it's after the wedding. Probably July.
