I have 3 great Demi-Lunar returns coming up this summer with August being the best. Jupiter is very close to an angle in all three opposite my natal sun, but Neptune is aspecting Jupiter. I've read the interpretation for co-aspects, and I just wanted to confirm that this was probably going to be more disappointing than prosperous or jovial.

I dont know about that.
My lunar return this month has mars on my asc/dec angle.
When I read and thought about that I was at first like....
Great...some thing in the world is gonna try to punch me in the head.
And then I was like...
Oh yea
Punch me in the head and Ill knock your teeth out.
That was my instinctual reaction to what hadnt even happened.
Humans have the gift of being able to rise above our primal surival instincts though.
My daughter stole my car the other day. It broke down. I wanted to rip her up and down.
But I paused
I love this little girl.
I felt threatened and challenged by what happened.
I was able to not react in a distructive way and instead used that energy to constructively teach her why what she did so thoughtlessly was a huge risk (un licensed unregistered un insured leaking head gaskets blah blah blah).
For quite some time now Neptune has been transiting my mars. At first that might seem like a huge drain and sucking of my life force. It is. But.....I have also a saturn pluto venus conjunction acting on my natal venus this solar return.....as well as my progressed mars transiting that natal venus.
In combination with those other factors I am grateful that the heavens lined up my Neptune to quell my uber scorpio mars.....which under other circumstances has been very destructive.
So I dont know that what you have going on is disapointing. Its only one small part of everything else that is working along and unfolding in you and your life.
I do know that the heavens want us to thrive not just survive and set up a dance floor with a solid dj to keep the beat going.
Attitude and openess make a big difference IMO in interpreting things.
