Not exactly. I haven't been too exhaustive in progression interpretations (since they resemble others). Since these are natal planets, you can take a mix of the interpretations for when these planets are angular in a natal chart

From Reinhold Ebertin's book "The Combination of Stellar Influences" for the "Principle" of Venus-Saturn combos:

James, do know with the native's chart you are looking at, is this Secondary Progressed angular Natal Venus-Saturn with Ebertin's above delineation correct for the native?

This reminds me, I need to open a thread and post some most excellent guidelines for analyzing Secondary Progressions.
