Mumbra is a suburb of Thane. 74 died of 174 in the building. 36 were hospitalized. The building was under construction and occupied temporarily (and illegally) by construction workers and their families. The building collapsed quickly, within a few seconds. -- Details about the illegalities and games going on, not sure this is a good event because it has so many layers of circumstances.

Nonetheless, the collapse itself occurred as Uranus, Pluto, and Sun - all in aspect - crossed angles.
