Pain, Peace, Transformation

Post by abby »

Upon discussion of the synastry of a very intense connection I’ve been having over the past few months, and all the deep transformations that have come with it, I was instructed by Mr. Eshelman to post my birth info here for a little “digging in” to my natal on its own.

My birth data is:
March 12, 2001
Memphis, TN
8:29pm

I’m still currently located in Memphis, but planning on taking a vacation to Los Angeles to relocate my SSR. I was in New York city August-December 2019 for my first semester of college, before my plans changed suddenly.

I’ve been experiencing some incredible and visceral transformations for nearly a year, mostly starting early September. My entire perspective, character, social circles, and honestly and truly my entire life have been completely restructured. I experienced a breakup late April/early May of 2019 that really shook up my whole life and kick-started some turmoil that hasn’t really stopped even now. I spiraled downward for some months after that breakup, I became the worst version of myself I’ve ever been - heartbreak, substance abuse, hurtful social situations, you name it. All this didnt really get slowed or stopped until early September, when someone entered my life who completely changed everything - since then, following some intense strain and friction, and, of course, pain, my entire self has been restructured and redefined, and I am someone that is much better than and completely unrecognizable from who I used to be. Since fall 2019, I’ve left behind every friend I thought I had or connection with anyone outside my family (for the better), my college plans were derailed because of financial trouble, and thanks to this one person, my entire demeanor, outlook, sense of self, and way of life have been transformed. Everything about me is more harmonious, more oriented toward the good, I am more positive at every turn and I have peace I never thought possible for me (for the first time in my life, I feel like I am really becoming an expression of my angular venus). But despite these changes and transformations being mostly for the better, it’s been a marked time of turmoil, and even more so after realizing the rocky reality of the synastry with this one person I’m describing (how will this all end?). Any insight into how best to navigate the changes I am continuously experiencing would be greatly appreciated, and any other insight about my chart is more than welcome.

Hi Abby, thanks for starring your life experiences with the forum. It helps us all with our learning curves seeing/understanding the principles of Sidereal Astrology and other important systems for the languages of Astrology. I am going to highlight a couple of the main signatures of your Natal Chart. Jim or Danica are great synthesizers for presenting a more whole for keener understandings for a Natal Chart than I-- so they may chime in later and add much more important features about your Psyche with your Natal Chart. I actually specialize my astrological sights into the main times frames in life helping natives become more conscious of main symbolical factors which are operating for important life time frames. I do hope you will be able to get with Jim if you decide to go to LA for the set-up of your new Solar Return. Jim is one of the great Sidereal Astrologers still practicing.

A Sidereal Astrologer will always look for which planet in a chart is the most angular and start with that planet for it will always offer the main symbolic theme(s) for a Natal Chart (the psyche). In your Natal Chart Venus is the most angular planet with a true mundane astronomical position 4,06 conjunct your Natal Descendant. Of course Venus symbolizes much do with love and all kinds of close/love relationships. At your age but for your whole life-- your psyche is naturally drawn towards harmony for a love relationship, for sure more so than someone not with an angular Venus. Venus is in the Sign Pisces so your life of Venus relationships is colored with Pisces traits.

The main angular aspect in your Natal is without a doubt your Libra Moon partile (less than 1 degree) square Neptune. Try to read and understand all you can about this partile 90 Moon-Neptune 90 aspect because it will always have a very strong influence in your life pertaining to the main angular theme of Venus in your Natal Chart. Partile aspects 'reign supreme' in the system of Sidereal Astrology. Your Sun is partile semisquare (45) Neptune so both the important lights in your Natal are strongly aspected to Neptune with very important partile aspects. Make sure you learn and understand the negative symbolic influences Neptune may possibly manifest in your life of relationships on emotional levels. An excellent place to start with a keen understanding for the main partile aspect of your Natal Moon-Neptune 90 are Jim's words here: https://www.solunars.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=184#p1248

I know no better words for Moon-Neptune influences than Jim's above link delineation for Moon-Neptune. Never forget this main Moon-Neptune Natal Aspect will always filter into the main Venus theme of relationships in your Natal Chart. The more you become conscious of how Moon-Neptune is working with Venus relationships in your life the better you will be mentally equipped to pull more harmony into your life with your future relationships. Remember, there are many astrological layers in your Natal Chart, I tired to only focus on the main astrological layers of symbolism in your Natal Chart.

Now, I want to move on to the recent “pain” you experience in your life with your last Venus relationship. This pain time frame in your life was definitely timed by your entire Moon-Neptune Natal square Solar Arching to the partile 90 of your Mercury-Saturn in your Natal. There would have been other layers (Sidereal Charts) of important symbolic factors influencing your last serious relationship but this Solar Arc layer was huge/important. Remember, in Sidereal Astrology partile aspects 'reign supreme,' and there is no doubt when your Solar Arc Moon arced to a partile 180 to your Natal Saturn and partile 90 to your Natal Mercury it manifested the break-up (separation-Saturn) from your previous partner of love, timing the awful pain your psyche experienced. Also your Solar Arc Neptune was partile 90 your Natal Saturn and Saturn-Neptune cycles are know in Sidereal Astrology as very rough times in life, so we siderealists understand this pain you have been through with your recent relationship. Your Solar Arc Neptune was also partile conjunct your Natal Mercury. Saturn is the main symbolic astrological factor for all kinds of separations and when your Natal Moon-Neptune Solar Arced to your Natal Saturn, it timed in your life a very painful separation, “timing is everything.” The Branch of Cosmobiology with their astrological writers have always associated Solar Arcs with fated life developments (events) and consider Solar Arc Natal Moon aspects as major life events.

I want you to see this Solar Arc life cycle with your eyes for better astrological sight. Below is a link bi-wheel with your Natal Chart as the inside wheel and the outside wheel as your directed Natal Solar Arc factors. The Solar Arcs are calculated for now, but understand Solar Arcs will start going-off in life at anytime when they are in partile orbs, more likely as an approaching partile aspect than a separating partile aspect. The approaching Solar Arc partile aspects of your Solar Moon=Natal Saturn fired-up manifesting months ago. Still your are probably feeling hangover effects of this important Solar Arc separation cycle which went off in your life.

Bi-wheel; Natal Chart Inside Wheel; Natal Solar Arc factors in the the Outside Wheel:

Abby, allow your eyes to the outside wheel and see your Solar Arc Moon partile 180 your Natal Saturn inside wheel. Then allow your eyes again to the outside wheel again and locate your Solar Arc Natal Neptune. See your Solar Arc Neptune outside wheel conjunct Natal Mercury inside wheel; partile 90 your Natal Saturn inside wheel. I think this is the most complex Solar Arc hits I have ever analyzed, and believe me I have analyzed many. Experience this complex malefic Solar Arc hit in your young life had to leave traumatic residue in your psyche. Its good to bring this out into the open on this astrological forum to help you better release this tough Solar Arc cycle which fired off in your life. Again, thanks for sharing this life experience with us.

I have got to leave a short road trip, but when I get back I will go into a much more positive Solar Arc cycle which is beginning to occur in your life with your new Venus relationship. Its slowly going to get better :) . Be patient.

Abby, here are some notes on your chart. This isn't a full interpretation - it's a series of notes on individual factors, structured roughly according to importance. There will be repeated, reinforced messages and there will be contradictions (we all have contradictions, and how we sort them out in ourselves is often what makes us most interesting and unique).
MOON
Moon in Libra
Attractive, magnetic, charm (easily draws lovers). “Looking good” opens doors. Tease (self & others): entice then deny then gratify. Peace (courtesy, compromise); wants peaceful surroundings. Justice (righting wrongs). Determined, persists, passionate, shrewd. Emotionally efficient. Private; slow at self-disclosure. Independent, self-sufficient.
Moon square Neptune (0°05')
Sensitive – often too much! Tunes into others on an emotional (psychic?) level: can be deeply understanding, genuinely sympathetic, but also emotionally (psychically) vulnerable, easily wounded, with abiding fears of rejection. Self-defense through avoidance (non-confrontation) and slamming shut senses and good sense. When wounded, withdraws and introverts (often with excessive rumination, imagination working overtime, worry, moodiness). Drawn to the imaginative, surrealistic, and creative. Genius, if present, coexists with deeply, visibly disturbed character.

Moon octile Sun (0°22')
Dynamic, vitality. An attitude biased toward success. At home with power. Intense desire in whatever they undertake. Sexual desires particularly strong, often narcissistic. Vanity, self-exaltation.
SUN
Sun in Aquarius
Scientific, analytic, inventive, pragmatic, non-dogmatic. Broad interests. Unconventional, provocative, controversial. Ignores race, class, rank. Truthful, altruistic, helping. Understands people. Solitude, alienation, undemonstrative. Haughty, unapologetic, but rarely pretentious. May not understand time.
Sun octile Neptune (0°18')
Unrealistic self-view. Air of secrecy or mystery. Loves drama, music, fantasy, mysticism, surrealism. Active imagination. Can move and inspire others if they gain focus and perseverance. Sensitive to impressions; exaggerates the feeling tone of a time and place.
VENUS
Venus opposite Ascendant (4°06')
Charming, attractive, popular. Friendly, amiable, gracious. Kind, considerate, benevolent. Flirtatious, affectionate (sexually more receptive than aggressive). Loving, caretaking, mothering. Drawn to beauty, pleasure, peace, tranquility (not pain, violence, turbulence); averse to cruelty and harm. Needs to experience pleasure and beauty; requires harmony and ease (reduced stress and friction). Stubborn and fierce toward injustice (personal or social).

Venus in Pisces
Fantasy relationships. Tender, vulnerable, exploring mystery of another. Wants “true friend” who will not betray. Charmers, weave endearing image (tend to get their way). Seducible, easily enticed, suggestible. Fond of strong erotic imagery & sensory stimuli. Passions easily aroused, torrential. Mystic; God connection. Receptive to beauty; artistic interests. Can be unreasoning, led by instinct (a few are plain crazy).
Venus trine Pluto (2°07')
Gentle, kindly soul, with deep emotional intensity. Instinctively rejects others’ conventions on love, sex, art. Wants penetrating, intimate, pure connections. May withdraw from people if repeatedly rebuked.
MARS
Mars in Scorpio
Determined, hardworking, fervent desire to succeed, hard to intimidate. Sharp humor, willing to be outlandish. Loves to party. Most prefer some “bad girl” in their character, feel it their moral duty to misbehave on schedule, and stay “a little rough around the edges.” Most of the women are high-demand sexual locomotives.
Mars conjunct Pluto (2°22')
Normally well-mannered, congenial, even docile behavior sits atop a stockpile of explosive force. It may be (1) suppressed, blocked personal power, (2) owned, disciplined, available personal power, or (3) pathologized, brutal, destructive power. (Health in this is reflected in how freely appropriate anger is expressed.) This enormous force (especially physical force) must be expressed somehow, e.g., (1) directly, (2) attracting violence, or (3) eruptive health crises. Sexual energies explosive or poured into driven work. Vulnerable to burnout. Sensitive to pressure or coercion; pot-stirrers, resistant to outside control, defiant of arbitrary restrictions; willing to live “outside the norm” on social patterning. In a productive, on-track life: a mark of genius and distinctive creativity, acutely alive with a quiet energy; the others are trouble, can’t seem to avoid breaking or upsetting something.
MERCURY
Mercury in Aquarius
Unconventional clever mind unfettered by formality and standard practice. Idealist, futurist, needs intellectual freedom. Objective, less personal thinking. Doesn’t mince words (words come easily). Varied interests (well-rounded breadth or dissipation). Musical.
Mercury square Saturn (0°51')
Organizes and formats information in orderly arrangements. (Often blazingly quick thinkers once the framework is established.) Methodical, logical, often routinized thinking processes. Skeptical, scrutinizing (distrustful). Obstinate in the absence of new evidence. Hesitant until oriented, then decisive, e.g., learning starts slowly, then catch up quickly. Gifted with considerable mental power, but easily discouraged (doubting). Treats life seriously. Needs to learn how to play.

Mercury conjunct Uranus (2°37')
Independent thinker. Curiosity and investigative spirit in most things. Mind unfettered by formality and standards, solves problems and integrates data more intuitively. Rejects linearity, lacks rigor in learning. Many interests, diverse, often unusual (including astrology or occultism). Speech engages others’ attention, usually has something interesting to say; challenges convention or authority, dares to speak despite consequences. Gentle rebellious behavior (“bad girl”) seems rooted in, “Don’t tell me how to think.” Socially odd, but not ostracized for it.
OUTER PLANET ASPECTS
Jupiter conjunct Saturn (1°43' PVP)
Practical, sensible (especially with finances). Responsible, conscientious, determined. Courageous, effective survivors; rarely halted by adversity. Patient hard work (earning one’s place, success through industry) brings the most reliable rewards. Balances gain and loss: what can be won from losing, what it costs to win (cf. politics, finance; making lemonade from lemons). Attuned to legacy, heritage, tradition. Cornerstones of their families or circles. Orthodoxies draw their strong allegiance or opposition (the most creative become baselines of new orthodoxies).

Saturn square Uranus (3°28')
Autonomy firmly defended. Self-willed (acts out). Resists persuasion and makes decisions on own terms (cantankerous, obstinate). Hard to pigeon-hole, thinks and acts outside of stereotypes. Much of their life is about “holding it together” (some succeed, some don’t).

Abby, before I go further into your present astrological situation with your present male relationship, I need some feedback from you on how you understand your primary Moon-Neptune 90 in your Natal Chart may have affected you in your last Venus relationship, after you have time to absorb Jim's link words about Moon-Neptune aspects in Natal Charts. Thanks

To both Steve and Mr. Eshelman, thank you both for the hugely insightful and useful comments on my natal chart (and solar arcs).I am continually trying to deepen my understanding of my chart and what it means for me, how i can best use it to navigate my life, etc - any help with that is always appreciated.

I want to comment on the neptune aspects. They are certainly the elephant in the room when it comes to my chart - “reigning supreme” no doubt. I wanted to go a little more in depth about how they have influenced my life, my relationships, and the changes i’ve seen in neptune’s influence on me recently.
After the breakup I mentioned, and even during the relationship and throughout my life before it, Neptune themes completely ruled my life. I was very mentally ill and suffered from debilitating anxiety and depression as well as an on-and-off eating disorder. Panic attacks, constant negativity and fear, body dysmorphia, the whole package. As a result, I became dependent on pharmaceuticals, despite the fact that they never really helped. My relationship with drugs and alcohol started early, a little before I turned 17, and continued to escalate until after aforementioned breakup, when I became basically dependent on alcohol, hurting everyone around me because of it and pretty blind to all of it. I had a completely disproportionate self-image, pretty messed-up ideas of my own self-worth, and I was heading straight into a college major/career I didn’t really have any real interest in. Lastly, I experienced extreme illusions in relationships - while i’m on the topic, allow me to address this question:
SteveS wrote: Sat Feb 15, 2020 3:28 am Abby, before I go further into your present astrological situation with your present male relationship, I need some feedback from you on how you understand your primary Moon-Neptune 90 in your Natal Chart may have affected you in your last Venus relationship

I picked a terrible person to be with, someone who never really respected me fully and who ended up betraying me on a deep level. Looking back now, I don’t even understand how I ended up being with this guy for two years. There was never any real connection, only the illusion of one. He had strong neptune influence as well, surely lending to that (as well as plenty of other afflictions of his own). I really think that, especially for the last year of the relationship, I was simply convincing myself there was love and devotion in the relationship when there wasn’t, on either end. I didn’t feel seen, there was no effort on his part to make me feel loved or appreciated, and I was lied to, disregarded, and as I said eventually betrayed in the form of abundant dishonesty and infidelity. Resentment built in me continually due to his lack of effort and seemingly any interest in me or my feelings at all. Looking back on it, the only explanation for my staying with him for so long, or even getting with him in the first place, is neptune. It’s as if I created a reality in my head totally separate from what was true - I somehow found reasons to stay with him, mostly out of dependence and fear of anything else. Illusions were woven, strain was a constant, and the hardship in the relationship waxed in intensity until the eventual, painful end.

So yeah. Neptune to the max. I feel I didn’t really make it clear just how intensely Neptune was manifesting in my life, or just how dramatic the changes that coincided with this relationship beginning fall 2019 were (and continue to be).
Most, if not all, of these Neptune themes have been derailed since September, following the re-entry of this new person to my life. It took a great deal of arguing and strain, but after I finally understood and accepted that his way of thinking was correct and positive, I have changed completely - I see clearer, I am healthier, and I am completely unrecognizable. Detoxed from pharmaceuticals. Haven’t had a drop of alcohol or any substance since August and don’t intend to ever again. I run every day. I eat healthier. I ended any and all friendships with people who were not good for me. I don’t experience any of the debilitating anxiety or depression I did for my entire life anymore. Whereas when I used to be an extremely negative person, now nearly everything I say has a twinge of positivity, even when the situation at hand is difficult.
A multitude of positive changes, all of which i could not possibly detail here, have occurred in me on the deepest level imaginable, reaching to every part of my life, but all in all, I am happier, more connected to everyone and everything, I feel more complete, and I am certainly a much more positive force on myself and others than I ever was before. I am experiencing health and happiness on a level I never knew possible; my family and everyone around me have noticed and acknowledged the change.
When I look back on who I was, I don’t even know her. Everything about the person I used to be makes me recoil in disgust. My entire life has been changed and continues to change continuously for the better, and I neither want nor intend to look back.

Obviously, this is some deeply personal stuff and I feel like between this thread and the synastry one, i’m diving into my own psyche deeper than I ever have before, and although transformations and lessons about myself are exactly what we are talking about, I think the discussions I am engaged in with you all about these things is a crucial part of those very lessons. I feel immensely lucky to have such in-depth insight and I appreciate the discussion and investigation more than I can say. I am glad I can be a helpful reference to those interested in how all these things manifest - I know the more detail the better, and for this reason I don’t hesitate to provide as much information about my life as possible, no matter how personal, in order to provide the best understanding I can.

aside from the neptune aspects, there were a couple other things i wanted to comment on:
SteveS wrote: Fri Feb 14, 2020 3:05 am I do hope you will be able to get with Jim if you decide to go to LA for the set-up of your new Solar Return. Jim is one of the great Sidereal Astrologers still practicing.
I would absolutely be interested in doing so. Mr Eshelman’s work is so incredible, and I feel so very blessed to have his insight about my very own life.
SteveS wrote: Fri Feb 14, 2020 3:05 am ...it will always have a very strong influence in your life pertaining to the main angular theme of Venus in your Natal Chart.
Interestingly enough, as much as I have worked to understand my Venus and my Neptune, I never really looked at it as Neptune coloring a Venus life - neptune themes acting on venus themes. This little excerpt from your reply really made me think about my chart in a way I hadn’t before, and I thank you for it.

Additionally, Steve, Thank you so much for sharing with me your findings regarding my solar arcs. This is something completely unfamiliar to me, but the symbolism you’ve described sounds completely dead-on. The breakup I experienced in April-May was absolutely the most painful separation i’ve ever experienced, and the journey i’ve been on since then while dealing with the aftermath has been unlike anything I possibly could’ve imagined.
SteveS wrote: Fri Feb 14, 2020 3:36 am Still your are probably feeling hangover effects of this important Solar Arc separation cycle which went off in your life.
Most definitely.

Wow, the most complex ever. It certainly did leave a traumatic residue - this cut me deep and I feel like even now I’m still sorting through all the feelings regarding the separation from my ex and the lows I hit afterward, as well as the separation from everyone in my life and everything about it since undergoing my more recent, positive transformations. I definitely agree that it’s good to bring all this out in the open, and as I mentioned I am so thankful for the time and effort that is going into sorting through this with me

Thanks Abby for your honest feedback.

The great thing about a student of astrology studying the symbolism in their Natal Chart, it eventually allows the astrologer to truly “Know Thyself” and this puts the astrologer in a position to consciously take more control of their life allowing more harmony with their life objectives. I now think you have a much better understanding how your partile 90 Moon-Neptune in your Natal Chart manifested a most negative time frame in your life when your Natal Moon-Neptune Solar Arc to partile 180 & 90 aspect your Natal Saturn.

But, always remember that partile 90 of Moon-Neptune in your Natal Chart will always be a part of your psyche, and will exert a strong influence pertaining to relationships in your life, particularly relationships involving Love (Venus). However, I do believe you more than likely have experienced the worst experience you will ever experience in your life with a male relationship. Whenever Cupid pulls that arrow of Love and pierces your psyche, just make sure you do not make strong assumptions about the other person as to how he truly feels about you. In most cases, when a female is born with prominent Neptune symbolism, they get themselves into a pickle with erroneous assumptions about true love, setting themselves up for later disappointments with their perceived love relationships. Negative Neptune has much to do with assumptions & disappointments, but there are many positives about Neptune symbolism. Study the positive and negative manifestations of Neptune and you will then be in a much better position to transmute any possible negative Neptune happening into more positive Neptune happenings. An excellent book to obtain which lists positive and negative traits/manifestations about any Planet is Reinhold Ebertin's book Combination of Stellar Influences. If you will obtain this book and study what he has to say about positive/negative Neptune influences, along with always reading Jim's link about Moon-Neptune when involved in any perceived serious relationships, it will help you to determine better possible truths or falsehoods about possible serious relationship.

I will get back later with some very positive time cycles you have ahead of you :) .

This is absolutely true. I sometimes find myself slipping into the mindset that my chart, specifically my neptune is something that should be feared and avoided at all costs, but i know that this stuff will manifest no matter what and the more I study it, the better equipped I am to emerge level-headed and allow for the most positive possible manifestation, even of something malefic.

this is extremely helpful advice, as I mentioned before I wasn’t really looking at my chart so much in the perspective of neptune influencing a venus life as much as i was considering myself living both a neptune and a venus life. Now that i can see this in a new way, I have more clarity than I did before.
SteveS wrote: Sat Feb 15, 2020 9:27 am However, I do believe you more than likely have experienced the worst experience you will ever experience in your life with a male relationship.
Wow this is extremely comforting to think about, especially considering it happened relatively early in my life - it would be nice if I already got the worst out of the way here

More very good advice, thank you. it seems like cupid tends to pull that arrow on me much too hastily haha, but I will always try to remember to assess things with a clear head, and not through the lens of what my neptune heart may want to see.

Then you understand how negative Neptune in the cosmic game can at times be played. Maybe not endorse a fear of Neptune but certainly use extra caution. Handling negative Neptune with Venus relationships is a very tricky business, but can be fun & positive as long as you keep yourself grounded as close as possible to the reality of things. You always want to understand prominent Neptune in a chart themed by angular Venus has the most potential to set us up for self-deception and/or deception from the partner in matters of love. My favorite quote when it come to possible negative Neptune in any type important life situation is:
It Ain’t What You Don’t Know That Gets You Into Trouble. It’s What You Know for Sure That Just Ain’t So. Contributed to Mark Twain.
For example: I have a Solar Return (SSR) heavily themed with Moon-Jupiter-Neptune T-Square. I have to be ultra careful what I think I know for “sure.” I think I know 'for sure' Bernie Sanders will become the Dem Nominee in order for me to advise some low risk-high reward trades for some businessmen with the speculative possibility Bernie becomes Prez. But it may be it 'just ain't so' Bernie becoming Dem Nominee or Prez. Time only knows for sure.

My serious study of Sidereal Astrology has greatly helped me deem truths for myself better, and it is my better understanding how Neptune is operating in my Natal which helps me get closer to the truth of matters which interest me. In other words, I have reduced the “ain't so” of life situations with Sidereal Astrology helping me with Negative Neptune. You want to do the same for yourself with possible negative Negative Neptune manifesting with you in matters of love.

Abby wrote:

I truly believe you have got the worst out of your way in life involving matters of love interest. You have now learned by your “Pain” ---'No Pain—No Gain.' That nasty Solar Arc of your Natal Moon-Neptune to your Natal Saturn is a once in lifetime hit! BTW, the following link: https://www.solunars.com/viewtopic.php? ... 953#p21888 has a-lot about the importance of Natal Solar Arcs.

Later I want to discuss your up=coming Solar Arc Venus partile 180 your Natal Moon, a very important Solar Arc life development combined with your next Solar Return (SSR) featuring a very prominent Moon-Venus theme. Your next SSR is most interesting to me with something I have never seen in a SSR which I want to discuss later. It appears obvious these two important Moon-Venus approaching cycles are in the early stages of manifesting with your new male acquaintance. But try to go slow---you need to get your Solar Arc Moon-Neptune separating from partile orb to your Natal Saturn.

Later.

I certainly am well acquainted with how Neptune is played in this game, and that acquaintance is more than enough to inspire caution in me. I know my best bet is always to draw nearer to what I know is true, especially in matters of love. Thanks in large part to this forum and our discussions, I feel more equipped than I’ve ever been to decipher truth from fantasy in my relationships. Awareness is everything, and the more I deepen my understanding of my neptune, the clearer my vision is.
SteveS wrote: Mon Feb 17, 2020 3:04 am My serious study of Sidereal Astrology has greatly helped me deem truths for myself better, and it is my better understanding how Neptune is operating in my Natal which helps me get closer to the truth of matters which interest me. In other words, I have reduced the “ain't so” of life situations with Sidereal Astrology helping me with Negative Neptune.
Thank you so much Steve for sharing this nice little quote and especially your own life experiences with me. I appreciate this more than you know, and it’s something very helpful to keep in mind. I hope the trades you are involved with are most successful!
SteveS wrote: Mon Feb 17, 2020 3:04 am I truly believe you have got the worst out of your way in life involving matters of love interest.
Wow, once in a lifetime. I just can’t get over that. What a relief to hear that now that, for the most part, it’s over. That definitely explains why this hit me so hard, and why i’m still navigating the aftermath. I’m thankful I have the opportunity to learn a lot from the painful separation I experienced, and hopefully the chance to rise from the ashes of it all to find clearer skies ahead. Thank you for this resource regarding solar arcs as well!
SteveS wrote: Mon Feb 17, 2020 3:04 am Later I want to discuss your up=coming Solar Arc Venus partile 180 your Natal Moon, a very important Solar Arc life development combined with your next Solar Return (SSR) featuring a very prominent Moon-Venus theme.
I await this eagerly. More than anything in the world I want this connection to flow smoothly and peacefully and be one that is lasting, and I’m ready and willing to do anything and everything in my power to actualize that. Being mindful of any events or patterns that lie ahead would be most useful.
Thank you so much again, steve, for your efforts here - they are greatly appreciated!

Thanks for these good thoughts Abby. If any trades are executed it will only occur on Thursday Oct 29 2020, not by me personally but by my good friend and a small group of businessmen.. But the market's psychology and betting odds psychology for Prez election must be in place, only TIME knows if this happens. If these trades are executed they will be closed out by the market closes on Nov 4 2020, or by the end of the trading week on Nov 6, depending on Senate Seats elections.

Yes indeed Abby. Solar Arcs are a very valuable astrological tool because when you understand how Solar Arcs evolve through time and apply to the Natal Chart, you can clearly see the very few once-in-lifetime-hits. Certain Solar Arcs offer tremendous insights into what we can understand better for navigating important life-developments. At times, Major Transits to our Natal Charts act as important triggers for our Solar Arcs. A Great Solar Arc book is Noel Tyl's (RIP) book 'Solar Arcs,' Astrology's Most Successful Predictive System.

Abby, you are aware that transiting Saturn is now partile conjunct your IC? And t. Saturn will eventually retrograde this year and come back to your IC this Autumn. You need to be very conscious of this important Saturn transit to your Natal IC and not expect everything to get the way you want soon, working with major Saturn transits will always test our patience. The best way to work with major Saturn transits is to build structure in your life. One way or another major Saturn transits builds structure for our lives even though in this process Saturn will find ways to inhibit you.

OK, lets start discussing your upcoming Solar Return (SSR). Remember, everything I know about SSRs was taught to me by Jim, mainly through his book 'Interpreting Solar Return.' Below is a link for your next SSR. Note: regardless where you are located for this SSR, a very important feature, probably the main theme for your Solar Year is SSR Venus partile 180 your SSR Moon, and your SSR Moon just so happens to be partile conjunct your Natal Moon. This is the first time in my astrological life I have ever seen a SSR Moon partile conjunct a Natal Moon, and I have looked at hundreds of SSR charts. So you have a very potent double-whammy of SSR Venus partile 180 your SSR Moon and Natal Moon, a most rare event! The main Principle of Moon-Venus symbolism is:
The feeling of love, devotion.
Very interesting, correct? I think for sure—we already know this 'devoted feeling of love' is flowing strongly with your new male acquaintance who is helping you with the pains of getting over your last break-up, correct? Do you think this new male acquaintance is devoted to you with love, yet? Regardless, with this very potent double-whammy of Moon-Venus 180 in your new 2020 SSR, I can certainly understand your strong natural love feelings flowing through your psyche about him.

Truly I understand this Abby by seeing/understanding the double whammy of Moon-Venus in your new SSR and your Solar Arc Natal Venus approaching a partile 180 to your Natal Moon-Venus. But remember, this double-whammy of Moon-Venus ties in potently to your Natal Neptune—so take all you have learned about your recent break-up with your Natal Neptune symbolism and try not to repeat any same mistakes. And you know I say this trying my best to help this new 'connection to flow smoothly and peacefully, lasting for your life.' Has this new connection progressed to a sexual relationship?

Thanks for your appreciation Abby. I so much want to help new learning astrologers with my past learnings, particularly with Sidereal Astrology and Jim's teachings. Later.

‪Yes, this Saturn transit has been and continues to be pretty nasty. Especially since it came just about a week after t Saturn finished a square to my natal Ascendant. It’s been hard to catch a break from Saturn. Nonetheless, I’m hoping/praying it doesn’t do too much damage now or later. It’s interesting what you’re saying about building structure. How can I build structure if, being under the influence of Saturn, what I initiate/build now is likely to be unsuccessful? So far, this Saturn transit as well as the one that preceded it has manifested as a lot of pressure in my closest relationships, as well as bad medical news for multiple family members.

Wow, all these outstanding events! I am glad this one is a benefic configuration.

Yes, the feelings of love and devotion seem to only grow. No matter how much i often wish they would just fade away, I only fall deeper in love as time goes on and it seems like these feelings will never stop gaining momentum. He occupies every corner of my mind and I feel completely devoted to him, like I couldn’t possibly imagine ever giving myself to anyone else. I don’t really even have the words for how he makes me feel, it‘a a love that seems to come from the deepest part of my very soul. Despite the evidence that these feelings will in fact only grow during my next solar year, It’s difficult to even imagine how they could intensify any more. At any rate, I certainly don’t doubt that my heart full of love will be a prominent theme over the course of my next year.

To be honest with you, I haven’t even thought much about my ex at all since this new person entered the picture. That may sound crazy, given the huge pain and separation we were just discussing, but I was already in the process of getting “over” my ex who i split with in the spring when this person reentered my life in September. Aside from doing my best to glean learning experiences from the whole ordeal, my previous break-up hasn’t been on my mind much at all since this new person enraptured me so deeply.
SteveS wrote: Tue Feb 18, 2020 3:11 am Do you think this new male acquaintance is devoted to you with love, yet?
Haha, no, and I don’t foresee him becoming that way. As painful as it may be/have been at times, It’s been well established that he doesn’t feel the same way I do, and I don’t expect that to change.

Yes, it’s been a bit sexual pretty much from the start, and this element has been emphasized more lately (to my delight - possibly a manifestation of my t venus - n jupiter transit?).
And I realize it’s important not to repeat the same mistakes, and for this reason, I try to be very attentive to what illusions I could be seeing vs what I know to be reality. When I look at how much visibly healthier and happier of a person I’ve become in so many ways spanning every area of my life due to the influence of this one person, I feel confident that this person means good news, not bad. Honesty and clarity are abundant here and where in my last relationship I felt like there was never total honesty, always fog and frustration, the opposite is true here. Here, everything is out in the open, even the harder truths, and for that reason coupled with the way my entire life has changed for the better (with his extraordinarily benefic natal chart not hurting either), I feel confident that my Neptune is not leading me down a road to ruin.

you have certainly helped me gain insight into both the workings of my natal and what my future may look like, and I am so thankful! No matter how much I think I may understand about my chart and everything it means for me, there is always more to uncover, and additional input from others, especially those as educated and insightful as you and others on this forum, is invaluable to me.

Abby,
Your main astrological trends for your new solar year are a SSR Moon partile 180 to SSR Venus activating your Natal Moon-Neptune partile 90 aspect, plus t. Saturn off & on partile conjunct your Natal IC. With this main trend in your life, I can certainly understand probably your frustrations with your growing Venus love feelings toward another not being received mutually, but still holding the up-most respect for him as a person helping you through your recent break-up/crises. Of course I don't know for sure, but it appears this person is helping you build better structures (Saturn) for your life. Its always nice to have a trusted person in your life helping in times of personal crises. Thanks again for sharing your life experiences on the forum for a back-drop with Sidereal Astrology (your 2020 SSR) and Solar Arcs. I hope you get to see Jim with your possible trip to LA.

I think you’re definitely right, and I think this also ties into the Saturn that is found in our synastry. I often jump to the conclusion that Saturn invariably means darkness and hardship, and while i’ve certainly seen that happen, I think in this case with this person, it has represented a stable structure being built, and some extremely valuable lessons from him.

I wouldn’t hesitate a second to say that his presence in my life is one of the greatest blessings, if not the singularly greatest blessing i’ve ever received.
