In Thailand, a soldier went to his superior officer's home near the military base to discuss a property dispute and eventually killed the commander and another member of the household with the commander's gun. He then raided the base armory for weapons and ammunition and began a shooting spree stretching from the military base to a Buddhist temple and eventually to a shopping mall in Korat nine miles from the base. 30 people died; 58 others were injured. He broadcast himself on Facebook Live while he was doing this.

He shot his commander at 3:30 PM. At 9:13 AM the next morning, police shot and killed him.
