Alfred Witte's AA Natal--The soul who originated Uranian Astrology

I discovered this morning Alfred Witte's AA Natal, it absolutely floored me!!! This is the Man who originated Uranian Astrology. Look at his Natal Uranus and its aspects and midpoints structures with Uranus! Also, very important to me Witte also has a Direct Mercury/Uranus =Vertex (1,14) midpoint, just as Jim. I stated yesterday that I firmly believe anyone who has prominent Mercury-Uranus contacts are Adepts/Magicians with their Art. We may need to at least explore with an open mind the Uranium System of Astrology. It could help help us to refine our practice.

As a founder of Uranian Astrology, you forgot to mention the most obvious thing in his chart, Steve: He's a double Aquarius! (Actually, five planets in Aquarius, including both Sun and Moon.) You can't get much more "Uranian" than that! (Also Moon opposes natal Uranus.)

In fact, it's interesting following the Aquarian trail from Witte to Ebertin.

It's not surprising that Roger Jacobson's book on Uranian astrology was probably the first astrology book I bought when I moved to LA. Place Witte's planets outside my locality chart for West Hollywood, CA - it's a shocker!

I was going to mention that important factor but got so excited looking at his aspects to his Uranus and Midpoint Structures.

When, you have time, please offer your synastry interpretation if Witte were still living and you and him were going to become colleagues like you and Matthew. My best guess, possibly a highly refined agreed system combining Sidereal Astrology into Witte's mind and some of Witte's Uranian into your mind. Two astrological Adepts/Magicians combining forces. Intriguing

Interesting, I would have loved to been in on all the conversations between you and Matthew. Do you remember the time and circumstance when you and Matthew first met. Is Jacobson still on the Planet? If so, where?

We met at Phyllis Kneip's Sidereal School of Astrology the first time I attended one of the Hollywood R.O.S.A. monthly meetings. He introduced himself. It would have been on a Sunday, I think, in August or (more likely) September 1975.

That probably would have been difficult. He'd have blown me away. I'd have been fascinated with him. I'm not sure I could have worked with him collegially, although I'd have taken naturally to his Aquarius Moon temperament and the enormous impact on my mind that this interchange shows. I'd have probably been in "hero worship" mode. If that inequality hadn't done us in, his Saturn on my Moon likely would have weighed us down (though possibly that could have turned into him being a taskmaster mentor). Our Venus-Venus and Jupiter-Jupiter would have helped.

Thinking of the Maverick seems to be important in Uranian Folk. Using the scientific method (unconsciously at times) also helps too.

I have Uranus on my Vertex and if it weren't for Jim's Uranian energy I doubt anyone would have ever found my funky Sun-Uranus connection..
