Playing for the Atlanta Braves for many years in his career, and with me doing a-lot of business in Atlanta taking in a lot of their games, Hank was one of my favorites. RIP Hank.

That's an amazing chart! Unfortunately, I can't duplicate it. Is this my calculation error or yours?
For a person born Feb 5 1934, 8:25 PM CST, Mobile, AL, for an event April 8, 1974, 9:02 pm, Atlanta, GA, the PSSR using apparent rate (which I think you use) has:
MC 20°54' Scorpio
Asc 11°34' Aquarius
Or for mean rate, which I use:
MC 24°30' Scorpio
Asc 17°16' Aquarius
