After a week of slipping down a little more every day, yesterday the NYSE closed with the DJIA down 533 points, or 1.6%. This was the worst day on the market since last October (before the election). As best I can tell, this was triggered by one representative of the Fed making a worrisome statement that pushed panic buttons.

If that's all it was, then Monday and Tuesday the market will start back up (and people buy while the prices are low) and this will have just been a blip. What do the charts say about this event? Not sure if this predicted it, but here's what I wrote about his fundamentally excellent, positive returns this month:

One difficult aspect: The closely rising Sun (2°) conjoins natal Saturn. At the time of this writing (Fall 2020), we haven't yet had opportunity to watch how Biden responds when natal Saturn is spotlighted. At its worst, natal Saturn intensifies self-doubts and feelings of inadequacy and frustration. Commonly it weighs on the physical body with energy-dragging heaviness. Neutrally, it simply means a lot of hard work. At its best, it might draw out the "good papa" that is a big part of Biden's historic personality and would be useful to the nation in time of crisis.

That the month isn't perfectly blissful is reflected in the natal Sun/Saturn midpoint 0°09' and natal Venus/Saturn 0°24' from the meridian. (All three planets are foreground.) This replicates a pattern in Biden's natal chart most connected to important occasions of personal loss and paternal conscientiousness and dedication.

I think the Demi actually hit it on the head.

June 14, 2021, 8:46 AM Rockton, IL, the police department, having seen the explosion at a local chemical plant on weather radar, posted a mandatory evacuation order for people living in the area.

I take it this was the moment of the evacuation notice, not the moment of the explosion. Nonetheless, several things hovered around the angles that were volatile. Pluto set at 7:50 and Mars rose at 8:19. Moon rose at 8:53, just as this was getting out to the public. Saturn wouldn't set until 9:20 (with Eris culminating at 9:12), perhaps with some aftermath effect of the announcement. Moon was in Jupiter's exaltation degree but opposite Saturn and square Uranus - just a general sense of stuff to put people on edge.

Year: Capsolar
Rockton is in the band of the nation that caught the Mars-Saturn square (0°34') on angles. Mars on Zenith 0°59', Saturn setting 1°41'. But Jupiter is closer than Saturn, 0°53' above Dsc.

Week: Canlunar
The Canlunar, which occurred a day earlier, shows a state of alarm including things like fire or explosion that might cause one. Besides the worldwide Moon-Pluto-Eris aspects, Mars is 0°58' from IC and Uranus 5°46' above Asc.

Day: Capsolar Quotidian & Transits
The CapQ mostly shows anxiety raised: the day's square of Mercury to Capsolar Neptune was on CapQ angles (but not quite as close as I'd like). It seems to mildly show the public message.

Of interest to me is that the angles at the time the alert was sent are almost exactly the angles of Rockton's Capsolar.

The CanQ showed the event better, I think. Quotidian EP was in orb of transiting Saturn (which was exactly square Uranus). Q Asc was within orb of transiting Pluto.

June 19th, 2021, I can't find a time, but there was a tweet at 4:35 PM about this.

A car hydroplaned on a bridge on I-65 about 35 miles south of Montgomery, ALabama, causing a 15 car chain reaction, which killed a father and his 9 month old daughter, and 8 children in foster care at a ranch run by sheriff's dept who were returning from a week at the beach. One adult was pulled from the van before the flames got too hot for anyone to help.

The NTSB has dispatched a team to look at what happened, but the crash was on a bridge, and there was no where for vehicles to go to avoid the pileup.

It was a rain storm from the storm called Claudette.

I found a time of 2:30 PM from WSFA12 News in Montgomery. In trying to place this, I note that it was 35 miles south of Montgomery on I-65: The town of Fort Deposit is 34 miles south, according to Google. But WSFA said it was "near mile marker 137 past exit 130 in Greenville." Greenville is 10 miles further south. A map does confirm that exit 130 is just a little north of Greenville (much closer to there than to Fort Deposit). So:

At this hour, Pluto had just crossed IC in mundane and ecliptical square to Eris on Descendant, plus Venus on MC. The range of emotions in this combination alone is considerable:

We have seen in the past that when heavy sentences are laid down, the charts often are marked by malefics, i.e., the community acting with severity. The Capsolar begins the picture by showing that anytime this happened this current year in Minneapolis, we could expect justice to have a severe hand. Not all of the indications are clear, though - probably because I'm not clear whether the charts should be showing this result as a "good" thing or as the citizenry acting severely. It does seem that Jupiter throughout represents the legal process, courts, and justice.

The then DA had made a deal with Cosby not to charge him if he would testify in Constant's civil suit.
