A Capsolar is a chart for Sun 's annual ingress into Sidereal Capricorn. A Caplunar is Moon's monthly ingress into Sidereal Capricorn.

This is explained (I think in Chapter 2) of the book you downloaded the other day. These ingresses (and their companion "cardinal" ingresses) are the body and soul of Sidereal mundane astrology.

You have to calculate them. For example, the current Capsolar occurred January 14, 2021, 6:32:30 PM EST when Sun last entered Capricorn and, for the U.S., is calculated for Washington, DC. The current Caplunar occurred May 29, 2021, 3:38:33 PM EDT when Moon last entered Capricorn.

How to use them is laid out in considerable detail in the book you downloaded, especially Chapters 1-4 and 6-8 (with optional advanced details in Chapter 5).

Easiest way just not use it.I got to consult an encyclopedia every time I use this? If so then not doing it. Matter fact come to think of it not going too...Don't want to learn it that bad.

Got it. -- This conversation began with you saying you wanted to learn this topic and asking where to start, so I'm surprised by the antagonism you're showing toward learning something new (the thing you asked about).

Actually, you don't need to consult it every time you use it, but you do need to study the material sufficiently to learn how to use it in the first place. I'd estimate 30 days of concentrated study to get a foundation and start going through historic examples, and then six months of more or less daily practice (saturating yourself with it) to integrate the knowledge with experience.

I gave you the date and time of the Capsolar. Jim's given you that for a Caplunar.

All you have to do is enter that data into astro.com and then do solar returns in the sidereal zodiac for the year you want a solar for, or do a lunar return for the month and year you want for the lunar.

When you change locations and time zones, make sure the Universal Time is the same in the original and new location by adding or subtracting from the time.

Encyclopedia? What?

I call a 1000+ pages an encyclopedia don't know about you. I will find some other way to learn this...Not going to spend six months on a hobby. Not even 30 days. Y'all have a good one. Bye. And I don't like that crap at Astro.com.

You originally said that you wanted to predict, "Political, Natural Disasters, Asteroids etc.. All that doom and gloom stuff...." That isn't likely to happen from a hobby level of interest.

Astrology - natal, predictive, mundane, whatever - takes the same level of study, practice, and commitment as any other serious study.
