7 planets in Capricorn

A famous planet cluster in modern astrological history, the only time both luminaries and five naked-eye planets were in Capricorn together was the 48 hours from 8:32 AM EST February 3, 1962 and 8:41 AM EST February 5, 1962.

Did unusually Capricorn events occur in that concentrated period? At least two, did: The Soviet Union conducted its first underground nuclear test (Capricorn was anciently related to mines, graves, caverns, and all things underground: think "fire deep in the bowels of the earth") and President Kennedy announced the Cuban embargo (economic strangling restrictions that would last about half a century). In a pivotal but possibly not related move, Pete Best told his Beatles bandmates that he was feeling sick and couldn't perform so they asked Ringo Starr to step in.

Of possible contrary symbolism - I don't see the exact link, but it intuitively feels right - St. Jude Children's Hospital opened in Memphis.
