I'm trying to sell my properties, like house and land, that I have invested a long time ago. May be you will be kind enough to suggest when I might be able to sell them (with a big gain).

I will work my way through several layers of this without necessarily drawing a conclusion until the end.

Your new Sidereal Solar Return (year chart), which comes into effect tomorrow, is, in most respects a minor chart; but the exception is that it is very strong of Mars. Your natal Mars is exactly on an angle and SSR Moon squares transiting Mars within 0°01'. Besides the impatience I mentioned, this tends to signal certain kinds of trouble - for example, your Mars side getting out of control, being hasty, being combative or antagonistic. - Since your natal chart isn't particularly antagonistic overall (other than enjoying a good verbal sparring or liking to shake people up a bit when they're too complacent), this shouldn't be hard to control. I'm more concerned that the 0°01' Moon-Mars square will be bad for your health, something inflammatory or infectious. Your actions have a higher risk of hurting you, causing some difficulties, so I advise caution. Other than advising you not rush into anything without checking it carefully, I don't think any of this pertains to your original question.

You do live in a lucky place, by the way. In Cincinnati, your Jupiter is very close to Ascendant, precisely square Venus. It's one of the most fortunate places on Earth for you. Cleveland looks even better astrologically, but Cincinnati is quite good.

Checking transits for the year, we mostly want to pick good Jupiter transits and avoid bad Saturn transits for the profit issue. Saturn squares your Ascendant later March as Mars is crossing your Midheaven (Mars-Uranus to your Midheaven) followed by Mars-Saturn to your Ascendant: That will be a loss-prone time (avoid accidents and recklessness in general). This continues through the first week of April. Saturn comes back (again with Mars) the first week of August. Again, avoid that time for big moves, profit or other advantage is unlikely.

One of the best short windows for advantage is a few days either side of April 19. This is when Jupiter squares your Saturn, a classic aspect for profit from real estate. However, Neptune is also involved (not as close as Jupiter, but close), so check out everything carefully, beware of "too good to be true" or deception. It's your ONLY Jupiter transit to your natal this year (but we have more things to check).

Let's check progressions and transits of your new Solar Return.

One excellent time is when Solar Return Moon progresses to square you SSR Jupiter. This happens January 10, 2023. The month before and after this date will be unusually positive, with the effect closest with a few days of January 10.

Another positive time is in early July. Jupiter squares your Solar Return Midheaven July 5. A few days surrounding July 5 is one of your most advantageous times of the year.

Finally, let's check your Lunar Returns to see if anything stands out to mark shorter periods.

Possible profitable periods (we'll build a list, then rule out the questionable ones) are the two-week periods beginning August 31 and September 12. Of these two, the first one is better (the second one has some possible misunderstandings and surprises), so I'd advise between August 31 and September 10.

Thank you for warning about my Mars in SSR. I will be extra careful. Hope 2022 is better than 2021. In 2021, I caught COVID twice. Almost died from the first one (in Feb), hospitalized for a month with two pneumonias. But I pulled through though took a long time to recuperate. The second one (in Dec 2021-Jan 2022) wasn’t so bad. Between the two COVIDs, I fell and fractured my bone. In Jan 2022 while having the second COVID, I almost had an accident while driving through snow storm. The car spin around on highway. Luckily, trucks were far behind. I guess Mars could take effect more than 1 year.

However, 2021 was not a bad year for money. Using COVID as an excuse, I pressed my friend to pay back the money he owed me. The money he borrowed for more than 10 years and I believed he wasn’t plan to pay back. It was quite a large sum. Large enough for me to close out my mortgage.

I believe COVID is going to be less of an issue in 2022. That’s why I asked about selling my properties. I have put my house in Thailand on the market since 2019, right before the pandemic, it still has not been sold. Also other properties are still sitting.

I will let you know how things develop in 2022. If I cannot sell anything this year, may be I could next year.

May be transit Jupiter squaring Saturn has something to do with it.
