I was streaming Netflix series ‘Medici’ last night and there were some Black Death scenes which got me interested in a quick SMA analysis for London. But first, you should go to this link and read about this horrible world disaster, the worst in the entire history of the World. Be sure and note the progressing 1346-1353 Map showing the progressing years when London was hit the hardest with this “Black Death, it was1350-1351. London’s 1350 Capsolar began Dec 29, 1350.

Note London’s 1350 Capsolar Neptune partile 90 Capsolar Asc, partile cnj Capsolar Nadir, holding a 2,44 cnj with Mars. Cyril Fagan writes about one possible delineation for Mars-Neptune:

There can be no more violently devastating combo—it is frequently in evidence at the times of torture…

And, without a doubt, dying from the “Black Death” was sheer torture. Also, Mars-Neptune combos are par-excellent symbolism for any kind of panic (Neptune) attacks (Mars), and I guarantee you, there was mass panic attacks going on in London realizing whole families were dying. t. Pluto came to 00,00 Aries in April 1348, Sept 1348, & Mar 1349, so we can see Pluto tight/partile 0,90,180 all the Ingress Suns during this time period, which kick-started this “Black Death,” imo, in Europe. Also note: in Ap. 1350 t. Saturn caught up to Pluto at 01,40 Aries. The link above wrote between 75-200 million people lost their lives to this terrible disease.

Great example!

And we're on a roll with similar charts for similar events. A few years ago, I wrote this piece on the 1918 Flu Pandemic, which killed more people in a year than the Black Death did in a century:

The details were different - for example, not the same excruciating method Steve spoke of, but still really bad - so, this time, we get Saturn-Neptune instead of Mars-Neptune.

The above posts were written here in 2017 and, in hindsight, are of enormous interest - nd perhaps also shows us how much luckier we were this time with the progress of modern genetic medicine.

While the malefic action was obvious and dominant, I am also taken by Steve's prescient insight that Pluto at 0° Aries was going to be involved by luminary action in every solar and lunar ingress of the year, just as we've been through with Pluto's 0° Capricorn ingress in recent years.

Steve's original illustration expired over the years. Also, we now have more accurate tools for calculating. The chart he posted (calculated by Solar Fire) was slightly more than 4 minutes wrong on the time. TMSA allows a more accurate calculation, with angles about 1° earlier so the focus is more on Mars (0°44' from Nadir) instead of Neptune (2°00') from Nadir - but it's the same aspect. In fact, the London area got it stronger because the Mars/Neptune midpoint is 28°55' Capricorn, only 0°38' from the Nadir.

Don't worry about the fact that Sun, on this picture, says 29°59' 49" Sagittarius. That's Solar Fire's slightly incorrect calculating. (TMSA uses newer, more accurate algorithms.) Everything else in the chart below is accurate to within 0°01' (and the few otherwise are rounding errors).
