Astrology Apps

Are there any decent Astrology apps that tell us exactly which planets are influencing us from day to day and/or hour to hour?

Hi, Billy. - All of the software I know and trust gives you the tools to extract this sort of information, but you have to know what you're doing and how to use it. For example, in Solar Fire (to pick the most flexible) you would have to know to run the dates of your lunar returns and know how to create aspect and orb lists to run transits or whatever else you want.

For example, I spend about an hour once a month compiling a spreadsheet with the fairly detailed information I want for myself. (That reminds me, I should do the July list tonight.) I then have quick checks that I run and examine (less than five minutes) every morning. But I have to know how to use the software and what I'm looking for: It's like the software is a hammer and I have to know what I'd like to build, how to build it, etc.

Possibly in time the free TMSA software on this site will be able to do what its creator Mike Nelson has called a personal aspectarian. It can't do that yet and isn't at the top of Mike's priority list last I heard - so we may or may not see that (and I don't expect it soon).
