March Outer Planetary Transit Pile Up

Post by Venus_Daily »

Well, I was going over my solar arcs for 2024, and 2 reach exactitude one day after the other. It's strange because March has a lot of outer planetary transits occurring as well.

Solar Arcs:
Directed Venus Semi-square Natal Neptune
Directed Jupiter Square Natal Saturn

The SLRs don't seem that bad, but of course, I'm sure transits always trump everything even if they have quieter voices due to angularity.

That's quite a mix! Some of those are quite excellent. Others are the opposite.

It does look like a very busy developmental time. Reading from the outside inward (the best way to assess transits usually), Pluto squares your Pluto - not usually to obvious on the outside but marking a turning point psychologically that tends to show more as what other aspects say. (Part of that "gearing up for change or redefinition" we've talked about before.) As a lesser aspect, Neptune octiles your Saturn, sometimes depressive but primarily dissolving your sense of certainty, hard edges, and that anything concrete will stay that way ("This too shall pass" may be the motto of the time). In the context of Pluto-Pluto, it's some mix of readying for things to start shifting, perhaps the shift itself (if you are resisting and not letting go of control), or just the uncertainty of not yet knowing where things are going.

And Uranus conjoins your Eastpoint-a, another sign that things are changing. These outermost planets are pretty consistent, while showing different sides of the same thing. It seems pretty clear that your old idea of YOU is undergoing change.

With all of that, Saturn squares your Mars-Uranus. That sounds confrontational, like you're fighting with the universe (or some lesser authority) challenging it to knock you off your pedestal. It seems whatever is being challenged or you think is being taken from you, you don't let it go peacefully. You fight change. You try to hold on to the old idea of yourself.

Then Jupiter opposes your Saturn: Something redeeming, easing, saving, whether financial or otherwise.

And the month begins with Venus and Mars straddling your Midheaven.
