Felicia's birth time is reported differently by two high quality (AA level) sources: Her birth certificate says 2:30 AM. The U.S. Consular report (which also lists other information such as the address where she was born) says 12:40 AM. The difference could be a scribal or reading error. - Checking both charts for her death, the 12:40 AM time is significantly better and I suspect the angular Taurus Moon and more moderately foreground Mars are exactly on track.

Among other things, look at the double Venus-Neptune in the natals for this, one of the great love stories of the century despite its challenging conditions.
