That's quite a good catch!

Jill Biden: June 3, 1951, 8:50 PM EDT, Hammonton, NJ

One thing, though: I predicted the 2016 election on a similar basis and was wrong. Bill Clinton had something like Jupiter exactly conjoined his Venus. I reasoned it meant he was happy, his wife won, their long-term shared goals were fulfilled, and he got to move back into that nice big ol' house he liked so much.

I was wrong on at least part of that :)

Jill Biden might get her husband back to herself. I guess it depends on what she wants more.

And Neptune does exactly oppose her Saturn, plus transiting Saturn partile square her Sun.

Transiting Venus and Jupiter are also stimulating Trump's natal Sun, Moon and Uranus on election day.

Jupiter isn't in partile orb of any of them (past Uranus, not yet to the others), though it would be important if it fell on an important angle (such as a lunar return or quotidian). Venus, though, is on his Moon most of election day and moving to his Sun that night.

If he's at Mar-a-Lago the day before election day when his SLR occurs, Jupiter on his Uranus opposite Venus on his Moon is across the horizon. Mundanely, Venus-Jupiter is within 3':

r Sun on Asc -6°21'
t Mercury on WP -1°03'
t Venus on Dsc -3°08'
t Jupiter on Asc -3°05'

t Uranus on Asc -1°31'
t Moon on Dsc -1°29' [r Moon -4°40']
------------------------------
r Mars on IC +4°26'

t Venus-Jupiter op 0°02' M
t Moon op r Uranus 0°03' M

t Venus co r Moon 0°22'

t Jupiter op r Uranus 1°10'
t Jupiter op r Moon 1°34' M
t Venus op r Uranus 1°36' M
r Moon-Sun op 1°42' M
t Venus op r Sun 2°05'

Know I'm a little late, but I personally perceive Bill's favorable transits as himself avoiding the trenches again. Your entire life is under scrutiny in this situation, and I'm sure all political families have a closet with endless amounts of secrets.
