I don't know if this interests anyone else... for myself in Solar Fire I've created a 90° that starts with Hubs in the first section (down the left), Spokes across the bottom, and Rims up the right. Because of the way SF calculates, it still calls the start of Rims 0°, start of Hubs 30°, etc., but displays them visually differently.
This is part of my re-educating myself to think invariably of Taurus as the first sign of the zodiac rather than the Greek idea of Aries that has persisted.
In practice, it makes no difference - angular separations are all the same - it just trains the brain to think differently about the signs. If anyone is truly interested in this, I'll make the dial design file available. Here is my chart in this format:
